Had one of the most relaxing massages Lena was excellent would definitely recommend it.
Great experience. Everyone so professional, kind and friendly. Special thanks to Niko at the poolbar, Giota at the restaurant and Lena at the spa. They made our vacation something extra. Would love to come back!
3rd time we have visited this hotel and it was just as good as we remembered. This is the best hotel in Rhodes- food is amazing, rooms are spectacular, staff are so friendly.
We will visit again.
The spa was phenomenal truly never experienced anything like it. Alexandra and Katerina were truly exceptional we were almost falling asleep! Never felt relaxation. They were so cautious with my sprained MCL and left it feeling soothed completely!
We’ve just returned from a week in Rhodes and had a fantastic stay. We stayed in sea-view room 187, which overlooked the evening entertainment amphitheatre. This was perfect for us, as we could take a couple of drinks back to the room and enjoy the entertainment from our balcony.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic. The reception team were always friendly, welcoming and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We also booked taxis into the Old Town through reception, and ours arrived within just four minutes!
We did have a small leak from the air-conditioning unit in our room during our stay, but this was dealt with incredibly quickly. Maintenance and housekeeping were at our door within around 10 minutes, fixed the issue and cleaned everything up. We really couldn't have asked for a better response.
The staff across the bars deserve a special mention too. The main pool bar, snack pool bar and Champagne Bar all have excellent teams.
Petros from the pool bar is a real asset to the hotel. He was working the bar on his own with a constant stream of guests, yet somehow never stopped smiling and was always friendly and welcoming. He worked incredibly hard and still managed to make everyone feel looked after.
At the Champagne Bar, Maria was equally fantastic. She makes a brilliant Aperol Spritz with fresh oranges, and she was always so friendly and welcoming. We loved spending our evenings there and she definitely helped make our holiday that little bit more special.
Overall, every member of staff we encountered was fantastic. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean and clearly looked after, and we never had any issues during our stay.
We also loved the hotel cats! It was a really nice surprise to see that the hotel has created a quiet area away from the main guest areas, near the buffet entrance, with cat beds, food and water. You'd occasionally see a cheeky cat wandering around the buffet tables, but they never bothered anyone or tried to steal food from the tables.
We bought some food from the shopkeeper to feed one of the shyer cats who had made the sofa outside the shop its favourite spot.
We absolutely loved our time here and honestly can't fault our stay. After reading some of the horror-show reviews before travelling, we were quite anxious about the holiday in the run-up to our trip. Thankfully, we found those reviews to be completely at odds with our own experience.
For us, the staff were the highlight of the hotel. Everyone we met was friendly, hardworking and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. We had a brilliant holiday and would happily return.
Thank you to everyone at the hotel for helping make our week in Rhodes such a great one!
