The hotel is located in the magnificent and picturesque village of Kiotari, in the southeast side of Rhodes Island. The touristic centre of this small village is about 1.5 km away while the nearest bus station is only about 50 metres away. The beach is around 100 m from the property. Guests may also be interested in visiting Lindos village, some 15 km away, or the Old Town of Rhodes, which is around 65 km away. Rhodes International Airport is some 60 km from the hotel.
This is a beach hotel which offers a total of 410 rooms. It is part of a resort complex suitable for families who seek relaxing and joyful moments. The common areas are air conditioned and feature free wireless Internet access. The hotel also includes a bar and disco, a café, fully equipped business facilities, a restaurant and a car parking area. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the rooms. Guests may also make use of the auditorium, games room, children's playground, kids' club and bicycle hire.
The hotel's rooms are modern and well furnished. They provide a private bathroom with a shower and bath, a hairdryer, direct dial phone, satellite TV, a mini fridge and a safe. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating is provided, and each room has a balcony or terrace.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere
Firstly I must answer recent reviews about the food which made me worry but as usual it was nonsense. The food was very good a vast choice of dishes at lunch and dinner. Breakfast being the usual all inclusive choices. Lots of homemade dishes in the evenings.... But also chips and pizza for the children. During the afternoon gyros and pizza were fresh made at the 2 poolside snack bars. Near the beach...Also at the quiet pool up the top a lunch buffet was served every day. We mainly used the quiet pool and always had a sunbed lots were stacked up at the side to use. This complex is big and has enough seats and sunbeds for everyone I never had to reserve any. The beach is rough sand and little stones but has wooden walk boards. I preferred not to sit down at the beach. Our room was cleaned every single day and fresh towels left for us. So no complaints from me. Overall it is a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in 3 star and also 5 star so I feel able to say this meets its 4 star ratings. The staff are all very friendly and chatty. And overall the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere.

An intimidating and humiliating experience with a restaurant manager
During my stay, on the morning of 11 August, I was shouted at by one of the hotel’s restaurant managers simply for approaching a table that the restaurant hostess had directed me to.
He loudly and aggressively insisted that the table was for someone else. Initially, I smiled because I genuinely did not realise he was being serious. He then leaned towards me, waving his arms and continuing to shout. I explained that his own colleague had shown me to that table. She was standing beside me throughout and appeared visibly shocked by his reaction.
When I asked why he was shouting at me, he denied that he was shouting, while continuing to do so very loudly and wave his arms at me. He then shouted at me to wait for another table before turning on the hostess and shouting at her as well. She later apologised to us. The manager himself never once apologised.
This happened in front of other guests. Several approached us afterwards, both that day and over the following days, to say how shocked they were by the way we had been treated, how sorry they felt for us, and how disappointed they were in the hotel after witnessing it.
This was far more than an abrupt manner or a misunderstanding over seating. It was an aggressive, public outburst directed at a guest who had simply followed a staff member’s instructions. I felt intimidated and humiliated. His refusal to acknowledge his behaviour or offer any apology made the experience even worse. Several weeks later, I still remember the incident vividly and feel upset when I think about it. I have never been treated like this before.
I haven’t note down the manager’s name, but he was on duty at breakfast on 11 August and worked the majority of the morning shifts during our stay. That should allow the hotel to identify him and investigate.
Someone in a management role should be able to resolve any issue calmly and treat both guests and colleagues with basic respect. His behaviour fell far below that standard. I expect senior management to take this incident seriously and address his conduct directly.

We had an enjoyable stay at Kiotari Miraluna Beach Resort. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and we particularly liked the layout of the resort. There was plenty of space, and the overall setting made it a pleasant place to relax. However, there were some frustrations with the all-inclusive drinks service. The drinks menu was quite limited, and there were often constant queues at the main bar, which could make getting a drink quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, some guests would also jump the queue, making the situation even more frustrating for those who had been waiting patiently. Overall, the resort was clean, well laid out and enjoyable, but the drinks selection and bar service could definitely be improved to make the all-inclusive experience better. The two lads serving were fantastic. They were very welcoming, friendly and always did their best to keep the queue moving as quickly as possible. Their great attitude and customer service really made a difference and were much appreciated.
One area that I feel needs some attention is the waiting staff. The young man and woman working during our stay often appeared to be arguing with each other, and unfortunately neither seemed particularly welcoming, smiling, or engaging with guests. It was also quite confusing as to whether there was table service, as they appeared to pick and choose which guests they would serve. This made the overall experience feel rather inconsistent. I was not the only guest to notice this, as it seemed to be something that several people were aware of. I would hope that management are also aware of what is happening and can address the situation appropriately, as a more professional and welcoming approach from the waiting staff would make a significant difference to guests' experience.
The food was generally very good, especially the Gyros and Pizza served during the day — both were delicious and a great option for a quick lunch or snack. The food in the main restaurant was also good, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. However, after staying for a week, we did notice that some of the dishes started to repeat. I guess this is fairly normal for an all-inclusive hotel, especially for longer stays. Overall, we were happy with the food and enjoyed our stay.
A special mention has to go to Joey at the pool bar, who genuinely made our holiday. He was friendly, welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure guests were looked after. His great attitude and excellent customer service really stood out, and he is a real asset to the team.
We have travelled to Greece many times and always enjoy coming back. We have made some wonderful friendships over the years—some truly special people who have become friends for life and who we will definitely stay in touch with. Greece holds a very special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to return 🇬🇷

The best vacation ever
I just came home from this gorgeous hotel and I already miss being there, it was really the perfect vacation here. I would immediately come back if I could.
The hotel itself is lovely, we paid for a family room with a garden view but we got a room with a really nice sea view, the room was big and clean, they cleaned and changed our towels every day.
Food in this hotel was amazing, there was a lot to choose from and it was always tasty, even though I’m gluten free I was able to choose something to eat every day without a problem because there were allergens listed for all the food so I felt safe choosing what to eat. The drinks were also good and bars to get them everywhere.
We also went to the Greek restaurant and we were stuffed after that! The food and service was literally perfect there was nothing that could make it better.
The staff were so nice and helpful whenever you needed something. When we asked for the bus station and schedule, they were happy to help us. Also the advantage of the hotel is that there is bus station right outside and with that you can get everywhere.
We also liked the water sports centre at beach, we went on the jetski and sofa and it was great experience!
The highlight of the vacation was the entertainment. There were great activities and always something to do and also the best evening shows. Our favorite show was the beach party, movie night and of obviously karaoke. Of course the whole animation team was amazing but our absolute favorite animator was Giovanni. He’s a really funny and nice guy, we always had great conversations and also we learned a few jokes from him. Thank you to Giovanni and the whole animation team for making our days more enjoyable!
Of course, thank you to the whole hotel for this amazing vacation i would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. And I would gladly come here again and know that I will always enjoy it here.

It was excellent, I got goosebumps because it was so nice and the treatment was very very good She’s hands was so soft and her voice calmed me down! Would like to say that this was my first time at massage and it raised my expectations to the roof! 10/10🥰
