This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Wealth, space and elegance are the predominant elements here. Guests become enchanted by the setting, the colours and the collection of wall paintings. The accommodation units are carefully appointed and offer all the comforts of a resort. All guest rooms feature individually regulated air-conditioning and heating and an en-suite bathroom. Guests of all ages can choose between the 3 freshwater swimming pools including a waterfall, a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar, not forgetting the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families and romantic couples.

lovely stay
its our first time vacation in mitsis everything where amazing we enjoyed the drinks and food and also the shows) magic show and fire show ( the staff and the manegment where so friendly with us jako willy especially thanks that was a lovely holliday
Exceptional stay at Mitsis Rodos Village
– Exceeded all our expectations! As returning guests to the Mitsis family (after staying at Mitsis Selection Blue Domes in Kos last year), our experience here at Mitsis Rodos Village in Rhodes has been truly outstanding and surpassed all expectations! What made our stay unforgettable: Outstanding Staff & Service: The hospitality here is on another level. Special thanks to Christos and Andreas (Back/Front Office Supervisors) and their Manager for their prompt assistance, Johanna at reception, and Phil at the lobby bar, who memorized our drink preferences from day one and always surprised our young daughters with their favorite drinks before we even asked! Stunning Sea & Beach: The crystal-clear sea is calm and shallow near the shore, perfect for children to swim with colorful fish. (Note: the beach has small pebbles/gravel). The beach setup is top-tier with ultra-comfortable brand-new sunbeds, umbrellas, and cozy bean bag chairs right at the water's edge. Entertainment & Events: Amazing atmosphere with daily mini-discos, high-quality evening amphitheater shows, spectacular fireworks, beach parties, and fun bubble parties for the kids! Dining & Premium Drinks: Fantastic variety at the main buffet with rotating themed nights (Italian, Mexican, International) plus wonderful à la carte restaurants. All bars use branded spirits and exact dispensers, so drinks taste consistently great everywhere. Family Friendly Amenities: The Mini Club is fantastic (special thanks to Domenica!). A huge highlight for us was the complimentary stroller loan service, which was a lifesaver for our tired youngest daughter in the evenings. Comfort & Facilities: Spotless rooms with mini-bars restocked twice daily, excellent spa treatments, and seamless high-speed Wi-Fi across the entire resort. Our holiday isn't over yet, but we already know we'll definitely be back!
Family Summwr holiday - Fab time
Fabulous time at this hotel. Service by all staff is outstanding, especially Jako, Ilias and Andras who work at the main pool and evening entertainment. Can not do enough to help guests.
enjoyable holiday
Really good hotel has loads of activities for children and the entertainment team (especially Jako) are amazing and provide loads of fun things to do and have enjoyable shows later on in the evening. The food is amazing and the staff ( especially ilias, andras) are so polite and welcoming and all are very hard working.
A great week but could be even better!
The good - hotel looks incredible pools are beautiful rooms are stunning Staff are extremely hard-working beach area is great with delicious beach bars and food stalls. Al le carts restaurants produce amazing food can’t fault any of this and for the price it’s incredible. The crepe bar at the top was our favourite and staff there incredible and work so hard! Location is not to bad hour from the airport in private taxi at €80. Main pool is the party pool with music and gangs but we preferred the pools by the Italian restaurant as more chilled out and peaceful.
The bad - overall hotel seems to be understaffed I think a few more extra people to help with cleaning by the pool throughout the day, serving drinks at the bar, collecting cups getting tables ready etc would massively help. The Al le Carte restaurants need to be treated like a normal restaurant - tables cleaned and cleared and made ready for the next guests. We witnessed tables being left full of drinks plates and mess on the floor for a long period of time. Even if there was a dedicated member of staff to clean tables this can be resolved easily. It feels like certain areas of the hotel just need to be managed by someone to keep on top of all these things and take full responsibility as would only take a few minutes to sort.
But saying all this we had an incredible week and had another great stay at a Mitsis hotel! ☀️ 🌊 💦 🍺 🍸
