Anavadia Hotel is located in the Resort area of Kolymbia, 25Km from Rhodes Town and 20 Km from the airport of Rhodes Island, Diagoras. The hotel is in the most relaxing area of Kolymbia, ideal for individuals who like to spend lazy days in the pool and relax under the breathtaking view of St. Tsampika Mountain. The peacefull environment in combination to the Hotel style gives to the guest a relaxing experience. Α regular shuttle service transfer guests to the beach. The hotel is a complex of 3 building areas, the main, the relax area and the facilities - lobby area. At the facilities area exists the Reception, the mini market, the restaurant for the all inclusive meals and the main BAR. At the main building there are double rooms, family room (open space) and superior family rooms. At the relax area there are also some of the double rooms, triple rooms and family rooms.

Fantastic Stay
Having reading the reviews regarding the hotel before hand, I was very apprehensive about staying in the hotel. However, I am very glad I tried it out for myself which subsequently resulted in me and my Fiancé having the best stay at the hotel. The staff were absolutely phenomenal particularly George, Kris who works in the restaurant and Tom who works at the pool bar. George absolutely made our stay by ensuring everything was running smoothly, ensuring all guests were happy and entertained, and even made mine and my partners day by celebrating our engagement with us. The rooms were cleaned daily, we were given fresh towels every other day. The lady who cleaned our room was very kind & always had a smile on her face. The views surrounding the hotel are absolutely beautiful, and so much wildlife & animals to see including goats which made my day walking past and seeing them from the distance in the mornings. I read prior to arriving that there is no evening entertainment, however this wasn’t something that bothered us particularly as there are bars and restaurants nearby approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Another advantage was by day, George was the best entertainment providing music and laughter around the pool, which myself and my Fiancé were absolutely fond of. The food was lovely for an all inclusive hotel, a small variety of choice between main meals, salads, pastas etc. Considering all inclusive food can often be stereotypically ‘boring’, this particular hotel offered varied meals each day, and in my opinion foods of good quality. Throughout our weeks stay there wasn’t a day that myself or my partner didn’t enjoy the food, we both commented on how enjoyable all the meals were. I would absolutely return to this hotel in a heartbeat and would advise anyone thinking of booking here that has read the negative reviews online to try it out for yourselves before taking someone else’s word for it.

Another year, and once again, an absolutely amazing holiday at the Anavadia!
George, Voula, Angelo, Kosta and Thomas, along with all the kitchen and dining staff — and not forgetting the fantastic cleaning team — all help to make our stay as wonderful as ever. We genuinely can’t fault anything.
The rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided, and the food is beautiful with plenty of choice every day. The two pools are kept lovely and clean and are perfect for cooling down on those hot days.
I honestly can’t thank all the staff enough for everything they do. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their friendliness and kindness make such a difference to our holiday.
The Anavadia is also a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore Lindos or Rhodes Old Town, with the bus stop conveniently located just outside. The bus timetable is available at reception, and Voula is always on hand with advice about the best places to visit and how to get there.
A very special thank you to George, who always goes above and beyond and makes our stays so memorable. We really appreciate everything you do, my friend.

Genuinely the best hospitality
We had an absolutely amazing time at anavadia, the rooms and hotel were nice but what really stood out to us was the staff each and every single one were so nice, friendly and a good laugh making our stay 100x better, the manager Giorgio is a legend and is always there to help you out and even taught us the dance to zorba so we want to thank him for making our stay so much better, we'll defo be going back thanks to the hospitality
A lovely stay at Anavadia hotel!
Honestly, don’t listen to all the negative reviews! Me and my partner stayed at Anavadia Hotel in Rhodes for 5 nights all-inclusive, and we had such a lovely time.
The food was good, the drinks were good, and our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We also thought the hotel itself was really nice.
The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our whole stay. They really couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so welcome.
The location was good. The town and beach really aren’t far at all. We actually walked into town and to the beach most days, which was a lovely walk, but on the days when it was just too hot, we simply got a taxi, which was quick and easy.
Overall, we genuinely had a really lovely holiday and were so happy with our choice of hotel. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews — everyone has different expectations, but for us, Anavadia was a great choice and we would happily stay here again.
Also if you like to snorkel we saw a sea turtle at the beach right by the shore!! It was lovely I attached some pictures!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful 10-night stay – would definitely recommend!
We stayed at Anavadia Hotel for 10 nights and had such a lovely experience from the moment we arrived.
Our flight meant we didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 4am, but the gentleman on reception was so friendly and welcoming and got us checked in straight away. What really surprised us was that the hotel had prepared a plate of sandwiches for us because they knew we would be arriving so late and thought we might be hungry. We thought this was incredibly thoughtful and generous, and it was such a lovely welcome after a long journey!
Our room was spacious, had great air conditioning and a lovely balcony overlooking the larger pool area. It was cleaned every day and we were always provided with fresh towels.
The larger pool with the bar did have to close for around 2–3 days during our stay so that it could be drained and cleaned, but this honestly didn’t dampen our holiday at all. There is another pool at the front of the hotel with plenty of sun loungers, right next to the restaurant, so we were still able to enjoy our days relaxing by the pool.
We really enjoyed the food too. The fresh pancakes and selection of fruit at breakfast were definitely a favourite of mine! Lunch and dinner changed each day with different dishes and cuisines, which kept things interesting throughout our 10-night stay. I’m only gutted that we missed the Asian-themed evening, as another couple we got chatting to told us how good it was!
A special mention has to go to George, the manager, who genuinely made our stay even more memorable. He was absolutely lovely – so kind, friendly and always happy and smiling whenever he saw everyone. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
During our stay it was my partner’s birthday, and George went above and beyond to make it special for us. While we were out sunbathing, our room was decorated as a surprise, and later he arranged a wonderful birthday evening for us with a cake and bottle of fizz. We were both so thankful for the effort he put in and it’s something we’ll always remember from our holiday. Thank you so much, George! ❤️
The only small issue we had was that the handle on our balcony door was broken on our first day. I mentioned it to the lovely lady on reception and she arranged for the engineer to come and fix it straight away, so even that was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Overall, we had a fantastic 10 nights and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The friendliness and kindness of the staff really stood out to us and made the hotel feel so welcoming.
Thank you to George and all of the team for helping make our holiday in Rhodes such a special one. We would happily stay again! 🇬🇷❤️
