Couple holiday
A pretty good hotel but more suited for younger families. The evening entertainment is nearly all focused for the younger audience. There is a band in the main bar a couple of times a week but not enough to keep you occupied. Good food, the buffet has loads of choice. We managed 4 ala carte meals as they offered extra slots due to not being full. These sit down restaurants all felt very rushed, almost no break between courses so you were done and full far too quickly. We went into Kolymbia which is about 15 mins walk and it’s really nice, a couple of good bars and Ouzaki restaurant was good too. We had an issue with the hot water which went to boiling temp due to a valve problem took them a couple of visits to work out the problem and on the last day we went on a trip and the maid didn’t shut the room door after cleaning. Luckily nothing was missing. A good hotel but with some changes could be great
Good and Bad!
Excellent service from all of the staff members throughout the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and you're always greeted with a friendly smile (except for a rude waitress in the Lagoon restaurant)
The food on the whole was very good. The Italian restaurant was excellent.
The pools were very clean and spacious with plenty of choice, although only one of the many pools was heated and the other pools were often too cold to use/participate in the activities.
The evening entertainment was very mixed. Occasionally pretty good, sometimes quite poor, for example one night the staff were simply mimimg to pop songs. Very repetitive for the children too. The same show every night.
My only big complaint would be the lack of sound proofing in the main hotel rooms and corridors. The doors automatically slammed when you closed them. I'd highly recommend soft door closers to be fitted. Also, the doors had gaps under the door so you could hear everything going on in the corridors and surrounding rooms. We were woken every single night of our 10 night stay by these issues. I mentioned it to the reception staff who suggested I call them if people are too noisy. This isn't addressing the actual issue.
On the whole we enjoyed our stay but due to the inconsistent entertainment and noisy rooms we wouldn't recommend staying here, especially for the premium price we paid.

Nice, but mainly for kids, not really a 5 Star
We had a good week here in a sea view room, the hotel is very clean and well looked after, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet, NOTE 2 of our 3 rooms had a glass toilet \ shower door, the other, a family room had NO toilet door, and a glass door into the shower from the toilet, you can be sat on the loo and someone comes in the room, and theres nowhere to hide!!!. Buffet food was good, and varied, hot bowls for ice cream is novel, the snack bar was great, we tried the Asion restuarant which was good but the dishes were unadventurous, The Italian never opened while we were there. The pools are lovely, with varied activities, pools near the rooms have a lot going on, and the constant loud music a bit tiresome, the bottom pool with a swim up bar is good, but its supposed to be relaxing and quiet, but holidaymakers take kids ther so the atmosphere is lost (despite the signs for calm and lowered voices), there was a lot of screaming going on, The AI cocktails are all made with syrup and are very strong and sweet, not the best Sunbeds, the usual inconsiderate towel bombers are everywhere, all beds reserved by 8am, and no hotel policy of removing unused towels, many sunbeds had towels but no occupants all day long. This is a family hotel, if you have kids under about 11, its great, the entertainment is totally geared to youngsters, there was no real adult entertainment at all. In all we had a good time, I dont think its a 5 star as advertised, im not sure but i dont see how buffet everyday fits a 5 star billing, theres no tableclothes, decoration, condiments etc, there are no tissues in bedrooms, no turn down, no little xtras, I would be happier if I went expecting 4 Star as thats what we got! Would I go again? No, our youngest was 16 and there was little or nothing for her, And whilst we were well looked after we were not entertained

A ridiculously disappointing experience
A 3-star experience disguised as a 5-star resort – Avoid this hotel! We booked the Atlantica Aegean Blue with high expectations for a 5-star family vacation, but it was an absolute disappointment. The hotel is completely rundown, poorly managed, and highly unsafe for families. To be fair and balanced, there were a couple of positive points: the snack bar was actually great, offering a good variety of food that was mostly very tasty. Also, the water park looks excellent, though the water in September was freezing, meaning the kids barely got to enjoy it.Aside from those brief highlights, the rest of our stay was unacceptable. Here are the three reasons why you should stay far away from this place:Severe Safety Hazards & Terrible Room Maintenance: The room maintenance was shocking. There was a constant leak near the toilet and a permanent puddle of water at the entrance due to a lack of proper drainage. Worst of all, the toilet seat was completely loose. It was so unstable that our young daughter fell off it and got hurt! To top it off, the mattress was entirely worn out and sagging in the middle, and the electricity cut out repeatedly. When the power returned, the AC reset to freezing cold—and front desk staff informed us that heating is blocked due to "hotel policy," leaving us freezing during the cold September nights.Awful Dining & Mind-Blowing Management Excuses: While the snack bar was good, the main buffet serves low-quality, repetitive food. To make matters worse, you are only allowed to book an à la carte restaurant once a week. We chose the Italian restaurant, and the food was completely inedible. When we asked the restaurant manager to taste the dish, he actually agreed it was terrible and apologized. His shocking excuse? He claimed that because we arrived at 19:30, "the chef was already tired." For a self-proclaimed 5-star resort, this is an embarrassing and unacceptable standard of service.False Promises and Zero Value for Money: Between the dangerous room conditions, the freezing pools, and the laughable excuses from management, this hotel feels like a cheap 3-star motel. They care about their internal "policies" and saving money on heating more than they care about the safety and comfort of paying guests.Save your money and your family’s sanity. Do not book this hotel.

Had a great massage thanks to Ludmila. She was very professional, attentive and friendly. Really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend Ludmila!
