We returned after three years as we really enjoyed our stay and had friends and family that stayed in the last three years through our recommendation. Vasilis in the main bar was exceptional and made the best Mai Thai cocktails, he is a credit to your company. Rooms are very clean, excellent location the only thing that I would say is different from last time is having to pay to reserve a sunbed. There are plenty around and I really don’t think it’s necessary. Apart from that , everything is idyllic.

It was great especially the guest manager APOSTOLIS made everything easy for us and helped us a lot. He is taking care of everything everywhere I used to see him walking around the pool and ll the facilities of the hotel to make sure that everything is okay and make the guests happy
10-night holiday
Really enjoyed our 10 days here. Our bungalow was perfect - large, well laid out bathroom, plenty of storage & great private sundeck & pool. The buffet breakfasts & evening meals were lovely with great food & plenty of choice. We didn't eat the same food twice, due to the changing nightly themed buffets. The food in the two a la carte restaurants was also great. The all inclusive was slightly confusing, as we booked All Inclusive+ with Jet 2 Holidays, which we thought meant premium brands & most things included, but we discovered the hotel had recently introduced a Royal All Inclusive package, which wasn't available when we booked. This didn't bother us too much, but it was a nuisance having to check before we ordered anything whether it was included or not. I agree with previous comments re charging 20 euros per day to reserve sunbeds. If the hotel has a policy to discourage hogging sunbeds, if it is policed properly, there should be no need to charge. The other thing which we found annoying was having to use the hotel app for everyhting - not everyone wants to take their phone everywhere. When we asked for a bar menu, we were told "it's on the app" - hard copy menus are not much to ask. Aside from these minor niggles, we would recommend this hotel, as it is very pretty, has a lovely vibe & the location in town is fantastic.

The best hotel around
Spent two weeks in the lovely hotel,with no complaints at all.Nice and peaceful,with excellent staff and a nice pool.Breakfast very good and the beach just a few minutes walk away.

Perfect time
Very delicious food the omelet lady is very nice and the chef is very friendly. Highly recommend
