We stayed at Lindos Aqua Terra three years ago and had such a wonderful experience that we promised we would come back. This year, we finally did — and we were extremely happy to discover that everything we loved about this hotel is still there, and in many ways it is even better than before. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very well managed under Anastasia Karanikola. You can see her attention to detail throughout the entire property. Everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with a genuine sense of hospitality. Our room was perfect, the housekeeping and room service were excellent, and the restaurant service was outstanding. The entire team works hard to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, and it really shows. A very special thank you to Anastasia and the entire Lindos Aqua Terra team for maintaining such a high standard year after year. And a special thank you to Karina — her wonderful smile and positive energy every morning are exactly the kind of little things that can make your whole day better.
Thank you again for another beautiful stay. We were very happy to be back, and we will definitely return!
Relative to most of the other hotels on the island, it's tiny. Which is what we were looking for. You're never more than 50 meters from anything - the beach, the restaurant, a massage, the little market on site that has pretty much everything you might need. It's elegant but unassuming, and it's got it where it counts - great service, great food, comfortable rooms overlooking the sea. Ours had a little pool and we were so close to the sea, we loved just staying on our lanai, smoking a cigar, watching the incredible scenery. It was arguably our most relaxing vacation ever and possibly our favorite. There's a very good chance we will go back, which we've never done in Greece. Also - get a massage from Simona, the woman is a miracle-worker. The only points of criticism are: 1) our bathroom needed more counter space, possibly another sink and another electrical outlet would have been nice, and 2) the pillows were too big. I find this in a lot of hotels, I can't sleep on them. Other than that, there was nothing I would have changed. Thank you Acqua Terra!!
Honestly, for such an expensive hotel, I expected much better. Unfortunately, there was nothing special about our stay. The staff looked very tired, and the service was not what I expected. The weather was also very bad while we were there, and after the rain, nobody cleaned the balcony. There was also not much to do around the hotel. There was only a small shop and a bar, which was very noisy and crowded. The beach was disappointing too there was human waste on the beach and the sunbeds were very dirty. We booked this hotel because we wanted to relax and have a peaceful holiday, but unfortunately, I ended up feeling more anxious than relaxed. For the price we paid, I really expected a much better experience.
