This hotel is located at the north of the island, in the heart of Rhodes town, very close to Cyprus Square. The closest beach - Akti Miaouli can be reached within walking distance. The hotel is 20-minutes by car from Diagoras Airport while Rhodes International Airport is about 15 km away. The Old Town and Mandraki harbour are within a 10 minutes-walk. Many Restaurants, shopping, cafés and nightlife can be found close to the hotel. The hotel features 47 classic rooms that are minimally decorated and equipped with air conditioning, TV and, mini fridge, a safety box. Each feature a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. The hotel offers a kind service which reflects the authentic Greek hospitality. City tax 3EUR per room per night is not included in the rate and has to be paid by guests upon arrival

Good location
Pleasant people and staff however there are ares that need attention. Food has a need for more variety deserts are the same pineapple and water Mellon most days there could be strwberries and grapes e t on alternative nights there were lot of nnoying flies in the food area even on food which is unaceltable! Things like toilet fans dont work, many areas like top floor jucassi are unmanned and don't work, nobody in massage area ect. But room service was good and receptionist were helpful

Location was good, close to beach, shops and 10 min walk from old town. You have to walk 5mins for the beach. You could walk to most places and catching taxis.
Our room was nice comfortable beds and rooms were cleaned every day. It made a difference having the room cleaned. I have to say they really kept our room cleaned. One issue is we stayed for 7days and we were told that we only have tea bags for one day and we could get additional tea bags or coffee. The area was very busy at night. I could people speaking and cars.
The receptionist and cleaners were great.
But as for the breakfast and dinner it wasn't the best. For breakfast alot of choices but very bland. They were flies flying around. For the evening meals was very exciting and spent alot of the flies shooing them away. One day I saw the fly land on food and I told the waiter and he didn't seemed to do anything about it. For this alone I wouldnt recommend this hotel. I didn't have a great experience at the hotel. The Spa facilities is not activity at the moment. When you have dinner in the evening you can have a drink, you have to purchase it. It was strange because you couldn't have even water with the meal, you have to buy it. The dinner is set up nicely but the flies was annoying. It affected our experience and we will not go back again. I would tell a friend to that the rooms are nice but don't have the food. No advice for anybody is that if you want a sleep you will enjoy it but don't eat the food.

Scandalous Service
Already paid reservation a month head before arrival , reconfirm by phone with the reception and at arrival day manager was yelling that was no reservation and she threatened that I have to move outisde the hotel, otherwise will remain without room. They sent us to another hotel on the opposite side of town. Completely irresponsible, scandalous service
Very bad hotel and service and no one to contact
I have paid for two rooms and when arrived to the hotel they said that the did not receive the reservation from the reservation department. They ruined my vacation and I needed to move to another hotel and after a week now and multiple emails to reservation department still no reply from their side and still not get the refund.
