Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort

Hotel was amazing. Staff and food were great, hotel very clean with a very friendly inviting atmosphere. The staff are a credit to the hotel and are always helpful and pleasant. The staff at the pool bar are always friendly and helpful while bringing drinks to your seats. Dimitrios was amazing and always with a smile. Amazing place to try, you will enjoy.

We are now on our last day of our holiday at the Atrium Platinum in Ixia, Rhodes, and before we leave, I wanted to take a moment to recognise some of the fantastic staff who have made our stay so special.

We were a group of 18, so looking after all of us was certainly no small task. The team at the Fresco Bar were absolutely brilliant. Dimitris, Natalia and Georgia were always friendly, welcoming and serving us with a genuine smile. They were constantly bringing us drinks, checking whether we needed anything else and going out of their way to make sure we were looked after.

What really stood out to us was how hard they work. They are on their feet throughout their shifts, constantly serving guests and working in the heat, which is certainly not easy. Despite the heat, the long hours and how busy the bar can get, they always remained cheerful, polite and helpful. Their dedication and attitude were exceptional and really deserve to be recognised.

Behind the bar, Elena was always incredibly busy, working hard to keep up with all our drinks, while Stamatis was constantly keeping on top of all the orders and entering everything into the computers. They both worked tirelessly and were always doing their best to keep everything running smoothly.

A special mention must also go to Eytyxia, who works in the Fresco Bar kitchen. As we are vegetarian, she was always happy to accommodate and modify our orders, and the food was consistently very good. Her willingness to help really made a difference to our group.

Around the pool, Freida was always so friendly and lively. She would happily provide us with towels and was always lovely to have a chat with. Her warm personality made our time by the pool even more enjoyable.

At the Italian restaurant, Ronaldo provided absolutely brilliant service. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. On one evening, the chefs had already packed up before closing time, but Ronaldo insisted that we needed to be served and made sure food was prepared for us. We were extremely grateful for his kindness and dedication.

Another very special thank you goes to Chef Yohan in the main restaurant. He made a beautiful vegan cake for my mum’s 70th birthday, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that helped make her birthday even more memorable.

Finally, Anna at reception was always very helpful throughout our holiday and was happy to assist whenever we needed anything.

As we are now on our last day, it has really made us reflect on just how much the staff have contributed to making this holiday so enjoyable. Their friendliness, hard work and willingness to go the extra mile have made our stay truly special.

A huge thank you to everyone mentioned above, and to the whole team behind the scenes. You have all helped make our holiday a fantastic and memorable one, and we genuinely appreciate everything you have done for us.

We leave with some wonderful memories and hope to return again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic stay highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the Atrium Platinum in Rhodes and I honestly couldn’t fault it.

As a travel professional, I visit and experience hotels regularly, and the Atrium Platinum really impressed me. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were always smiling, friendly and genuinely helpful, which made such a difference throughout our stay.

The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte restaurants were exceptional, and I was also lucky enough to be introduced to the talented chef, which was a real highlight of the experience. Our swim-up room was also fantastic, having our own direct access to the pool was a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special.

A special mention has to go to the management. The manager was very hands-on and visible around the resort, which I thought was a great sign. You could really see that he cared about the hotel, his staff and the guests’ experience.

The pool bar staff in the evenings were brilliant too , always friendly, attentive and happy to help. It’s those little touches that make you feel genuinely looked after.

The location is another big plus. It’s close to the airport and there are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, so you have plenty to do outside the resort too.

I would definitely recommend the Atrium Platinum to both couples and families. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break, great food, excellent service or a beautiful swim-up room, this hotel really delivers.
