Me and my girlfriend stayed for 2 weeks. The weather was perfect except for a couple of days with rain. We will also recommend the Spa treatment they offer. Nicole and Fenia gave us a couples massage adjusted exactly to our liking. Would strongly recommend!
Stayed at the hotel from the 7-14th October , the location of this hotel is 10/10 with it being less than a 15 min transfer time from the airport! If you love tracking planes your gonna love it here as you can see them all whilst you are sunbathing it's amazing! The food here is decent with a good amount of variety, we was worried some nights that we wouldn't find anything we liked but we alwsys managed to get a full plate! Think they could improve on their themed food nights, maybe have a Chinese night, Indian etc... Their "disco" food night was the best for food options but I'm not too sure what was disco about it? There was never a fight for sunbeds in the morning, the best places to sunbathe and what filled up first was definitely the cabanas located on some decking by the pastry and coffee shop! You could order drinks via QR code no matter where you were sitting in the day from the pool bar located in the centre of the pool. The coffee shop itself was decent for its bakery selection did have the same things everyday but the cookies were unreal!! The coffees themselves were 3/10, out of an automatic machine so although they did offer alternative milks i could never get a hot soya latte for example and the beans they used aren't the best. They did have alternative milks at breakfast everyday but just a shame they didn't have dairy free yoghurt as they had about 6 different yoghurts but none dairy free which was strange. They changed the potato variety everyday for breakfast, so I'd say about twice a week you were able to have hashbrowns which were by far the best option! And pancakes and waffles were on rotation... The cocktails were delicious; very very strong and quality did depend on where u got it from, the bar located next to buffet was the best for cocktails! The staff were lovely, special mention to the lovely lady working behind the bar (pool bar often in day) with a bun in her hair as she always made me the best coffees and always lovely! And the head of entertainment Marton who is very convincing getting you up on the dance floor :) One downside was a man that was apparently "the captain" or some sort of management around the bars he wore a beige shirt and was bald... He was the rudest staff member BY FAR, the way he spoke to his own staff was VILE and made me very uncomfortable! He didn't even do much himself only running around on the phone bossing others about instead of helping them! Don't know how he got the job as you never ever seen that man smile when you were on the rare occasion; brought drinks over by him. I held the door open for him once and got given a horrible look, not a single Thankyou or a smile! We had met people here who had said staff do talk about their guests in Greek and the people we met did in fact speak Greek so often understood what they were saying and it was vile! The cleaner of the rooms was lovely! The WiFi was superb! Alcohol was branded. Just a huge let down from that one man who is apart of management as he would be the only reason I wouldn't return.
Bar service is absolutely crap
I had a full body massage with Fenia. She was very professional and kept asking if everything was to my liking.Atmosphere was very relaxing and you could even have a drink, fruit or cake.Lovely experience.
Amazing treatment, fania kindly provided a spa treatment which was excellent would 100% reccomend
