Best Customer Service from Tania
Tania provided some of the best service I had ever received. I had a situation where my luggage was lost from the last flight and when we arrived, Tania helped us in ways I had never seen before. She is one of the best employees there. She took care of all of our requests and went above and beyond to take care of us. The resort itself was beautiful, but Tania made it 10x better and I would like to come back soon and hope she is still there!

NOŪS Santorini
We were upgraded by your front office team and Kostas stood out to be an above and beyond valuable member of the team, he twenty out of his way to show us around and explain all of the hotel facilities and things to go around the island.
Breakfast Elpida always greeted us with a wonderful smile and made sure we were looked after really well.
Noemie made sure our constant request for hot water was always ready for us without even asking, her attentiveness and smile was a breath of fresh air.
Elios the food was delicious and very well prepared, we always looked forward to the mysterious amuse bouche this is a great touch on the restaurant.
Despina and Marios were very attentive and welcoming every time. Keep up the great work!!! Credit to the chefs amazing flavours and taste from the menu, we chose red breem and Santorini rigatoni, just wow!!!
The dessert tiramisu and crem brûlée were out of this world and the smaller tasting desserts were a nice touch!
Our room Eurphoria Pool Suite, was so wonderful it made us feel like a home away from home, we throughly enjoyed staying and using the private pool. All of the facilities were clean and modern. Well done to the housekeeping staff to keep the room looking fresh and clean during our stay. Thanks again you for the wonderful wine during our stay, we really appreciate the kind gesture.

Wonderful holiday at Nous Santorini
Exceptional stay from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip feel special, and the room upgrade was such a lovely surprise. The spa and massage treatments were truly wonderful. The hotel's location is excellent; while taxis in the area can get quite expensive, we quickly got the hang of the local bus system by day two. If we return to the area, this will easily be our top choice!

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff, received an upgrade to a premium pool room which was excellent! Great breakfast and nice local places to eat in the evening.

Not the experience we were hoping for
We booked a standard patio room at Nous for our 8 night stay in Santorini. The room description on the website stated that it had a courtyard view which also showed in the room photos. When we arrived the receptionist escorted us to the room. It was located on the backside of the resort and looked out onto a dried up field off the property. We ask the receptionist if we could move to a room with a view. She said that the resort was all booked and would look into changing the room. After 3 days, I asked at the desk about changing the room and they repeated that they would look into it which never happened. Also, the website stated that the rooms had soundproofing. The people above us were clomping back and forth on the floor until after 1 AM every night. I ended up using earplugs to sleep. Not the experience we were hoping for.
