We had looked at the Diana Palace in the past but never booked it until now and we wasn’t disappointed one bit.
We have been to some 4* hotels in the past that don’t come near the 3* plus Diana Palace. We got an upgraded family room which was both large and spotlessly clean we expected to pay extra for air conditioning and a safety deposit box both were included in the price that we paid. Food was very good breakfast either a full English or continental, lunch and dinner there was always a soup and a choice of 2 meats dishes a fish dish, pasta/sauces etc with a mixture of vegetables/rice and a very good salad selection always available. Ice cream, cakes, puddings always available. Beer, wine, soft drinks, hot drinks always available with the food. There was always an afternoon tea (pizza/sandwiches/nibbles available if you wanted more) The only minor negative we had on the food side was it was a rather poor selection of bread available. All staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for you.

Staff and cleanseast 5 out of 5, food 3 out of 5 poor repeated selection, only 1 mens toilet outside in communal area, could not get a sunbed people hog with towels and hardly there. Good vibe at bar area spoilt at times by nightly so called entertainment.

After having a disasterous flight to Diana palace, it was wonderful to be dealt withe by reception staff. We were escorted to our room. The room was slitely dated but clean (daily). The restaurant delivered fresh and tasty food on every occasion. There was some queing at the bar but the staff were very good. The pool had sufficient sun beds but of course, some people put towels on beds at dawn. On the whole I would recommend Diana Palace to anyone who is looking for a well run pleasant holiday. The only down side was people who smoked were allowed to mix wuth non smokers. They should have designated smoking areas. The staff in all areas were always trying their best to please, I would certainly return in the future. Warm welcoming and professional in every way, well done to everyone at Diana Palace.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the location was perfect. The hotel itself was very well looked after, and there were plenty of great activities and things to enjoy during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!☺️

we were in one of the non-refurbished rooms, which were very dated, but still clean and spacious. the beds were not comfy but staff helped to try to improve this. the entertainment guy made our holiday, always letting us know when the activities were and even having a chat once the activities had finished, he was always smiling and laughing and overall just gave a joyful atmosphere. really enjoyed the aquagym and all the other activities that were on offer, especially the quizzes in the evening which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. entertainment staff offered recommendations of places to visit which helped us to decide in the short time we were there for. bar staff were so friendly, as well as in the restaurant always smiling and up for a chat. the reception staff were helpful and polite always. the staff wished us a safe flight whilst we were waiting for our transfer back to the airport which was lovely. location was lovely, just a short walk from the beach and lots of shops too, only a short taxi from old town which is lovely. Please pass on my thanks to the entertainer guy and bar staff too.
