Mixed feelings
Had a fabulous large refurbished room overlooking the pool and the hotel is in a great location. However I can only describe the breakfast as “underwhelming” with a limited choice which as the holiday progressed the choice of food on offer also reduced. The ‘hot’ food was barely warm and the breakfast room was unbelievably cramped. But what I really couldn’t believe for a 3T+ hotel was the fact you had to clear your own table and tables were not wiped over between people leaving and others sitting down. My 2nd disappointment is about one of the reception staff who was unbelievably rude and hostile to my mild mannered brother-in-law when he went to report an issue with his air con. Argassi is a fabulous resort with many brilliant places to eat and drink special mention to Target restaurant up on the mountain which we visited twice. We will probably return to Argassi but not to this hotel.

We had a lovely time at this hotel pool super clean and we could find sun beds Bar staff Kris and Nick where amazing company to talk and both when above and beyond for everyone!!! rooms where also clean and modern

Wonderful stay
We just finished our visit and we have to say that we had a magnificent time at the hotel, special thanks have to go to the cleaner's that kept our room spotless! The reception was very helpful and accommodating to all our need's helping us all the way , Bar staff made our days putting a huge smile 😊 on your face every day and night.What more can we say would recommend to anyone looking to have a great stay !!! Thank you again too all we will be back soon !!!
A gem of a hotel
The location is perfect, 100 metres from the main strip, 2 entrances. The atmosphere is chilled and very relaxed. The rooms are functional and spotless. All of this gives you excellent value for money. A point to note is the tourist tax, payable on arrival in cash €10per night, this is not the hotel this is a government tax. The secret of this hotel is made up of a number of things, location, Facilities, cleanliness but its main draw is the staff. They are amazing, warm kind people who make the place what it is. There are too many to name them all, but special mentions must go to the bar staff for keeping us hydrated, Nikos (day)Hristian (evening) and Chef Bonna. They are always on hand to help and are smiling. The reception staff, cleaners and Timios the handyman are amazing, all expected managed by Katerina and Cristina.In short this is a gem of hotel! If you don’t enjoy your holiday here, I would suggest it was a you problem, not a hotel/staff issue.
Great location, comfy beds and lovely staff.
We have been coming here since 2010 and have had some fantastic holidays. Brilliant location with easy access to plenty of snack bars, restaurants and pool/beach bars. Katerina and her daughter Christina are both such lovely people and will help with any issues if the need arises. All staff at this complex go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. You can certainly have a chat and a laugh at the pool bar with Nikos and Chris if they are not too busy. Initially we stayed in the studios but our last few holidays have stayed in the hotel with bed and breakfast. Tbh I couldn’t stay anywhere else in Argassi unless KPs were full. I love Argassi and love being welcomed back. ❤️
