Zante Atlantis

This was our first time in Greece and I can honestly say this was the first holiday that I was actually gutted to be going home. The hotel was stunning and the sunbeds plentiful and extremely comfortable. All the staff were polite and friendly, always checking your OK. I have to give a shout out to Makis who is a credit to the hotel, such an amazing hotel Manager. The rooms are lovely and cleaned daily. The pool area spotlessly clean and well looked after, although it really needs some steps. The are around the hotel was good lots of bars and restaurants nearby and as a more mature couple there was enough without going to the main strip. We will definitely return at some point.

Oh gosh, well, what can I say. This has been an amazing experience From a middle aged couple. Rooms- clean, everyday the cleaners work so hard. Rooms large and beds comfortable. Also have toiletries provided and nice showers. Proximity- close to the strip, however still peace, should you require this. Pool area- great for all ages, allowed floats and a fab pool bar. So many food place nearby. Lots of young groups, however all appropriately behaved and the atmosphere is great for all ages. The staff team will not accept any bad conduct. But love to see people enjoying themselves. Breakfast- typical continental, however a tasty Brit twist. You'll love it. Something for everyone.
Safety- very well looked after, made to feel welcome at all times. A nice welcome shot on arrival. Please speak to staff if any concern. They want to help. You can let your hair down and feel safe. Prices- bar is appropriately priced, as well as the bar food menu. One of the best places that I have stayed.

• room clean, great size, comfortable beds, fridge, tv, kettle, teas coffees also stocked with great freebies, (shower caps, razor toothbrush etc) and welcome gift.
• hotel spotlessly clean and modern having been renovated recently
• food amazing and huge portions breakfast great variety.
• sport on tv
• staff very friendly, must give a special mention to Makns in hospitality who 100% made our experience amazing, he was welcoming from day 1, friendly and happy to assist in whatever we needed to make our stay pleasant, from arranging our taxi's, to giving directions to places and providing local knowledge, making sure we were kept hydrated in the heat and checking in regularly to see if he could be of any assistance. thank you very much Makns you made our stay truly memorable and we will come back to visit again.
• given wrist bands to identify guests to prevent anyone coming into hotel at night made us feel safe
• great size pool however it was freeeeeezing!

CON'S

• little design flaw bathroom is like a wet room so when having a shower the toilet & floor gets soaked.
• hotel does not take cash, I also feel the staff miss out on tips this way.
• having to check in online yourself upon arrival when it was just 2 couple that arrived and there was a person at reception I wasn't too keen on this but i'm sure they have there reasons.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Laganas its perfect location, and feels that little bit more luxurious then some of the others near by.
