The most magical experience!
This hotel was the most incredible beautiful place to spend our holiday. The staff are unbelievable, so hospitable, kind, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Kostas, what a wonderful man he truly made us feel so special. Special mention to Nessera in the spa, another incredible team member who made us feel so special. I highly recommend booking here for a stunning stay, delicious food and relaxing experience. The location is also fantastic!
The most excellent hotel
We had a spectacular stay at Contessina Suites. Everything is of the highest quality. The staff are friendly, courteous and personable, without being at all overbearing, and genuinely appear to enjoy working there. The rooms are minimalist but with everything you need, and fixtures are all of the highest quality. And the food, just wow! Top tip, book the half board, it is exceptional. We also did the fine dining at Nobile, which took it to another level. Shout out to Kostas who welcomed us like old friends (our first visit so far) and Maria who brings a smile to every morning. Housekeeping is swift and unobtrusive, with little touches here and there to make you feel special. We had a private pool suite. The sunbed was confortable and the pool plenty large to float the day away. We will be back!

Lovely hotel but ....
Lovely hotel but more 4 than 5*. Food at breakfast whilst plentiful was always lukewarm despite being brought to staff attention at reception. The junior suite pool was disappointing no hand rail and the mattress on the deck no good if you have mobility issues! The area around the pool wasnt very clean. They should have a warning about it not suitable if you have mobility issues. Food was excellent but the lobster night is definitely not worth the money! All staff were wonderful, too many to mention. No entertainment at all despite being advertised! A nice hotel but not 5*

Amazing massage and body wrap
I had a Cretan massage and body wrap with Alexandra. The treatment was excellent, she listened to the issues I told her at the start but was also clearly looking at my bodies reaction to guide her work. It was relaxing whilst still feeling beneficial. The atmosphere was very calming too. All staff at the spa are very friendly.
