King Jason Zante

We have visited the King Jason hotel in Protatas but this was honestly a completely different experience! We arrived to a quiet, tranquil and beautiful haven! We were greeted with drinks and taken to our swim-up room. Unfortunately, the generator and staff room was located right next to our room which often disturbed us. Upon speaking to the manager, he asked me to return the following day and offered us an upgrade to an island room as one became available. The manager (Giannes) was very professional and listened to my concerns around the noise, he genuinely wanted to enhance our stay which we were very grateful for. The island room was beautiful and has definitely set the bar now! It turned our trip into what felt like a mistake into a relaxing experience. The food in the hotel was good, the selection is sufficient, the fridge/salad room is an added bonus! The spa was very good, we had a massage and used the facilities. The entertainment is suitable too, musicians playing relaxing slow music. The beach towels around the hotel were great, there were also enough loungers around the various pools. The only thing we found was that the service was slow at times, the staff were great but it felt like there weren't enough of them. I often felt guilty asking the bar staff to make us cocktails when I could see they were already so busy. There were also quite a few wasps flying about so it was difficult to eat or drink outside but this isn't obviously the hotels fault! There isn't much to do around the hotel itself so its perfect for all inclusive! Overall, a brilliant stay and we will certainly visit again! Thank you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at King Zante and can honestly say that this is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life and truly unwind. The hotel is incredibly peaceful, everything is spotlessly clean, and every little detail is taken care of. Whatever you wish for, the team does everything possible to make it happen. The calm and relaxing atmosphere made it so easy to switch off and simply enjoy every moment.

A very special mention goes to Fitim, the Captain of the Main Restaurant. He was incredibly professional, attentive and courteous at all times. Thanks to him and the entire restaurant team, we always felt genuinely welcome and comfortable. It honestly felt less like being guests in a hotel and more like being among friends. If you are looking to rent a car during your stay, we also highly recommend doing so through Carma with Fitim – for us, it was simply the best experience.

We also want to highlight Rodolfo, who took care of absolutely everything for us. Whether it was special requests or little details, everything was always arranged perfectly and on time. He even went above and beyond what we could have expected. On top of that, he gave us so many fantastic insider tips that made our stay even more special and helped us discover places and experiences we might otherwise have missed.

Dennis also deserves a huge thank you. He helped us tremendously with our luggage and our room move, took a lot of the heavy work off our shoulders and always had a smile on his face. We especially enjoyed our funny conversations with him – he made everything feel so easy and enjoyable.

And honestly, the entire team deserves recognition. Everyone we met was incredibly professional, warm and friendly – including Sofia, Christa, Emmanouela, Vasilik, Polis, Desirée and so many others. Each of them contributed to making our stay truly memorable.

King Zante has something that is difficult to create: a combination of luxury, peace, cleanliness and, above all, genuinely warm hospitality. The team is what makes this hotel stand out and, in our opinion, allowed it to compete with and even surpass other luxury hotels we have stayed at.

Thank you to the entire King Zante team for an unforgettable stay. We will remember it with a big smile and would absolutely come back.
