This beach hotel is located in a quiet part of the resort of Tsilivi, surrounded by olive groves and the green hills of Acrotiri. The crystal-clear beach is just a 1-minute walk away and has been awarded a Blue Flag for its cleanliness. This luxury hotel was built in 2009 and is one of the few residences on Zakynthos to offer a high level of service. With only 90 rooms, exclusivity is guaranteed and the hotel successfully combines luxury with cosiness. Guests are invited to wine and dine in the café, bar or restaurant. A children's playground, wireless Internet access and a car park are also available. The state-of-the-art SPA area is a must for guests who wish to experience true relaxation. It includes a hairdressing salon, a beautician, hot tub, heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam. A gym with personal trainer assistance is provided for guests who wish to keep fit.

A wonderful stay, with one towel too many…
We had a wonderful stay at the Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel & Spa in Tsilivi, Zakynthos. This medium-sized resort is kept beautifully clean, tidy and well maintained.
We stayed in junior suite 521. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice and is kept well stocked. Dinner features a well-presented menu with a choice of dishes and a different theme each evening.
The staff are hardworking and attentive. Georgia and Panagiotis deserve a special mention: both were exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. They added that extra touch of warmth to an already excellent level of service. A big thank you to both!
Areas for improvement include the limited parking and rather expensive drinks. The biggest drawback, however, is guests reserving sun loungers with towels. This does not belong in a five-star hotel and should be addressed consistently.
All in all, we look back on our stay with great pleasure. A spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained hotel with exceptionally friendly staff who truly make a difference!

Good, improvements could make it great
Good location away from any noisy bars, and a few minutes stroll to the beach. Very nice hotel, extremely clean and mostly well maintained. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very comfy sunbeds, pool was a little on the chilly side! We stayed in an executive room which was worth the extra money, as much bigger than the standard rooms and was overlooking the pool away from any roads. Very laid back atmosphere with very few children staying. Issues that could be improved upon; The showerhead was very scaled up and needed a good clean! The room doors are very noisy when closed - so we were woken in the night by door slamming frequently, a soft-close mechanism would improve this alot. The breakfast service was chaotic and hit and miss whether you got exactly what you wanted/when you wanted it. I used the spa shower facilities on our final day - whilst useful to have this available the shower had already flooded the whole shower/toilet area, and it was even worse after I'd used it! I was paddling through water to get to the changing area. There was a hairdryer but no mirror, which would be useful

Nice hotel with one issue
The location is good with a 15 minute walk to the town with its many bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to a lovely long sandy beach. The hotel is very stylish and the reception staff are very warm and welcoming in the reception/concierge area. The rooms are spacious and well equipped although we found the bed too firm a quick call to reception resulted in a topper being provided which resolved the problem. The pools and gardens are well maintained and the sunbeds are comfortable although there is a bad tendency by guests to place their bits and pieces on beds early and leave them empty as they get breakfast. This leads nicely to breakfast which really lets the hotel down badly. It appears very chaotic with the staff frequently getting simple requests wrong and the quality and choice are definitely not up to 5 star standard. Of the 7 days we ate breakfast all but one day the food was not hot despite a complaint to a manager who apologised and said it would be fixed which it was for 1 day but then back to warm food at best. Absolutely not 5 star standard.
