Short break
Have been to Zakynthos several times but first time to Park Hotel although family have stayed before. Location just outside main town which we prefer as quieter (request a rear/partial pool view for quieter rooms). Room was a good size with all the usual amenities. Visited with my daughter (early 20's) and so adult only was perfect. We travelled on a B&B basis with Jet2 so was good value. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was simple but good (best scrambled eggs - very fresh and perfectly cooked). We had a couple of light snacks/lunches and these were fine too. Good cocktails 🍸 👌. Ilias the MD was very helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely contact direct for any future stay.

Thank you so much for such an amazing two weeks. We had the best time, everyone was so wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a bit of everything you could want and delicious. Food from the pool bar was amazing! I’m an early riser so was cleaned around on my sunbed by beautiful, lovely people. Such a clean hotel, comfy beds and aircon. All staff were superb. The evening barman was such a delight to chat to and the managers/owners such lovely people. Thank you so much, we’ll be back xx

Fabulous Hotel!
My husband and I returned on 7th August from our third stay at The Park and, as always, it was absolutely first-class. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the super-friendly housekeeping team always greets you with a smile. The hospitality staff take immense pride in their work and the hotel, which truly shows in their excellent service. The manager is equally dedicated, ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience. A huge bonus is that there are no "sunbed wars" here - there are always plenty of loungers available. Our room was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend! We have already booked for 2027 and will undoubtedly be back for 2028 too. We love this hotel!

Amazing stay and very sweet, lovely staff
Amazing hotel with super friendly staff! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome throughout your stay. The breakfast was fab and great that they had gluten free bread and dairy free milk for my mum with choeliac disease. We also ate at the snack bar one time for lunch and the food was yum. The pool is lovely and is fairly easy to get a bed chair. We also loved that you can take a shuttle from the hotel to the beach. Following an incredible stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else.
Grim bathroom and rubbish breakfast
Location is good. The rooms are very dated especially the bathroom grubby shower area and toilet seat was grim. They need to get new bath towels off white colour and didn’t dry you properly. The breakfast is not great Luke warm food fruit salad was apple and orange with skin on and then tinned fruit not great. Staff on the reception were very miserable but the bar tender and waiters/waitresses were friendly. Overall I think it needs a revamp of the rooms, better breakfast and friendly reception staff. I wouldn’t return here.
