The hotel is located in a very quiet area full of trees, only 800 m away from the gorgeous beaches of Gerakas and Porto Roma. Gerakas beach is one of the beaches where Caretta turtles lay their eggs. Zakynthos International Airport is approximately 16 km away. This family-run hotel is eco-friendly and has fantastic views. Comprising a total of 60 accommodation units, it is surrounded by cypress trees. Younger guests will surely appreciate the children's playground and kids' club. The café, bar and restaurant provide food and drinks. WLAN Internet access and bicycle hire are available. The hotel provides an entertainment programme and also offers a gym, a spa ,a fitness room ,beaty saloon ,Outdoor hot tub , and tennis facilities for the recreation of guests. An outdoor swimming pool, Children's pool ,Sunbeds and umbrellas are available as well.The port of Zante is 13.8 km away.

Great hotel with fantastic staff
I really struggle to understand the negative reviews of this hotel. From the reception staff, the restaurant manager Panos and staff to the pool bar, and cleaners, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was plentiful and something for everyone. The Greek night food was especially good. Our room had a stunning view and the location of the hotel although a bit remote was beautiful. Great value for money and when I had a knee problem at the beginning of my stay, the lady on reception got me some ice without hesitation. Perfect for families and couples.

Amazing hotel in a lovely location
Had a lovely weeks stay at this hotel last week in July. I travelled with my 2 daughters and 3 year old granddaughter. We had 2 rooms which were lovely, spacious and clean. They were cleaned every day and clean towels provided, although on a few days the rooms my daughters were in, towels were forgotten but new ones were given by reception without an issue. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area which we knew about when we booked. There were 2 beaches nearby within walking distance and a couple of supermarkets and tavernas which we went to a few times. There is also a turtle sanctuary nearby which we went to a couple of times, as my granddaughter loved it. This was free of charge. There was an ATM next to it if we needed cash. The staff in the hotel were all amazing. All very friendly. In particular one of the ladies in reception ( I didn’t get her name ) went out of her way to make sure we were ok. I had an issue with a booking in the spa which didn’t cause too much of her problem but she made sure it was sorted out. The restaurant manager was also very helpful. Always coming to the diners ensuring things were ok and welcoming new guests. One of my daughters has coeliac disease so cannot eat anything containing gluten. We mentioned this to him on our first day and he arranged for the chef to show her the foods that she could eat and was told to ask for him each meal time which she did. The chef also purchased gluten free bread and pasta and she just had to tell him when she would like these and he would serve them. I cant fault this service. The food itself was lovely all very fresh and different choices. Always lots of fruit and fresh salads. Always a fish, chicken, pasta options at lunch and dinner with a variety of vegetables and potatoes. The all inclusive drinks were typical of all inclusive packages but all ok. Plastic glasses around the pool to enable safety. At night the bar in the dining area was open for drinks which was up to 11pm for all inclusive but from 11 to 12 midnight you could buy drinks. There was entertainment a couple of nights which were singers and Greek dancers but the hotel only says there is limited entertainment anyway so this suited us as we had come to relax. There were snacks available around 330pm which usually consisted of sandwiches or pizza and there were also cakes and biscuits on the bar and in the reception area. I have stayed in other all inclusive hotels where ice cream and other snacks were available between breakfast and lunch and then lunch and dinner. This didn’t bother us and you could if you wanted buy food from the pool bar all day if you wanted more to eat. There was also a large indoor play area for children next to the pool. This had lots of toys and games for children and was also very cool as it was airconditioned. We found this great for my granddaughter to escape the sun for an hour and lots of comfortable seating for adults. The pool itself was lovely with a great childrens pool as well. The sunbeds however were often left unattended but had towels put down from early morning. I used to get to the pool around 8am and one morning there were no sunbeds available as every single one had towels on. Sometimes people didn’t get back to their “reserved” sunbed until late in the afternoon which was annoying. There was also another sunbathing area up steps by the pool which had bean bags on. It was quite a large area and I wonder whether the hotel could invest in a few more sunbeds and put them up there to ease the sunbed situation. Overall a lovely week, and would defi

A relaxing and enjoyable holiday, fab hotel and staff
Just got back from a relaxing holiday set in a quiet tranquil location and the negative reviews are totally unjustified and exaggerated. We stayed 11 nights with all inclusive and couldn't anything.
As stated on the Jet2 website, the hotel is set in a quiet location but just a short walk to the local shops and a stunning beach. The local shops are about half a mile away in either direction, 15 minute walk max. The beach is less than a mile and about 20 min walk max. The hotel is clean and tidy in all areas and all the staff are extremely helpful and polite.
Our room was spot on, clean and tidy with an amazing sea view. Housekeeping is carried out everyday, towels and bed linen are changed regularly.
The restaurant is clean, plenty of tables free and staff work tirelessly. There is a wide variety of food and regularly kept topped up. The restaurant manager Panos is extremely polite and helpful, and works well with his staff to keep guests happy.
The pool area is clean and tidy and we managed to get a sun lounger everyday. The pool was a little warm but not a problem, still enjoyed a dip everyday. Maybe there should be a few more sun beds but the biggest problem was selfish guest reserving beds with a towel early in the morning and then going out exploring for the day. This needs monitoring by staff to ensure sun beds are available for all.
We spoke to the hotel manager (with a beard, forgot his name) most days who was polite and helpful and we had frequent chats with him. Restaurant manager Panos was polite and helpful and chatted with him. Another young lady, I think a manager lovely and friendly tho her English was limited. Reception and all staff were amazing.
Overall we had a great relaxing time and will definitely return again hopefully later this year. Don’t listening to the previous negative comments, unjustified and people just finding petty things to complain about.

Great hotel !!!!
The hotel if great !! We stayed a family with 3 small children in Ariadne suite and the suite was very spacious , clean , all beds were comfortable, and the bathroom very spacious as well . The stuff was very polite all of them and they also prepared a birthday cake when i asked them . We chose the all inclusive package and the food was quite tasty. Not very large variety of meat (1 chicken, 1 fish , 1 pork or/and beef ) but had large variety in salads, pasta, side dishes , vegetables , sweets , cheese plates). The breakfast also was full. I don't think that there is some food that was not included.. The only downside was that there weren't enough umbrellas until noon in the pool and that there wasn't a lifeguard. Other than that the hotel was great !!!
Poor behaviour from the restaurant Manger dragged the review down
The hotel is not too bad facilities wise. There is definitely room for improvement as my shower didn’t work properly but there was 2 shower heads so I made do. It would have been nice if my keycard for the room worked as I was given an actual key as an alternative but I unfortunately lost this whilst I was out which I was happy to pay for, however; when checking out the manager demanded €50 for a new key which I thought was excessive for a key replacement that probably won’t be replaced but I had to pay it. The staff at the pool bar & night warden were amazing they made my visit very enjoyable as they provided great service and also good company throughout my stay. However, what drags my review rating down unfortunately was the hotel manager Panos’ behaviour. I found him very rude at times both towards his staff and also to me as a customer. One example being on the Saturday afternoon just before the pool bar closed I poked my head through the door and asked the lady behind it for a taxi contact to get into town that evening but before she could answer Panos stormed over and started shouting at me aggressively telling me I’m not allowed in the bar and threatened to kick me out repeatedly even though I was not inside the bar. I tried to explain that I just wanted a taxi contact as uber is not available here but he was not interested then slammed the door and left. He didn’t give a very positive image to the hotel as he was constantly running around getting angry at staff but more importantly his customers too which is not what you expect from somewhere listed as a relaxing resort for families. After this, he ignored me in the restaurant bar for the rest of my stay and sent another member of staff over to serve me which was disappointing. Overall, the other members of staff made my stay very welcoming it’s just a shame one member of staff has to ruin the vibes on holiday when he should be there to provide a relaxing service for guests.
