The Urban Valley Resort and Spa boasts a beautiful location on the outskirts of Sliema in a small town called San Gwann. Urban Valley Resort and Spa is just a 15-minute drive to the capital of Malta, Valletta, giving you the perfect chance to explore some of the cities best historical sites and monuments.

The Urban Valley Resort aims to make guests feel on top of the world, they do this by offering a range of facilities and top class service. Set in the beautiful gardens of the hotel are two large outdoor swimming pools in a charming valley setting. There is also an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Enjoy a few rounds of tennis on one of the hotels two tennis courts, this is at an extra fee then the equipment is provided.
The hotel's restaurants serve a wide range of mouthwatering cuisine to please everybody's taste buds and something the hotel is very proud of is their fantastic range of desserts. After enjoying a tasty meal, you can head to one of the hotel's bars which serves hot drinks, fine wines, dazzling cocktails and a range of soft drinks.

All the guestrooms have been carefully designed with comfort in mind. Rooms are luxurious and equipped with all the standard amenities. This includes; high-quality beds, TV, minibar (at a fee), telephone, tea/coffee facilities, working desk, hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms are complete with a balcony or terrace. All bathrooms are complete with either a walk-in shower or a bath. Room upgrades are available at a supplement.

Quiet clean hotel
Quiet location. No entertainment 2 nights had piano and guitar player.Rooms cleaned everyday new towels. Hotel wasn't overly busy so great for pool and sunbeds. Buffet style service for breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately food could have been hotter. Did get little repetitive food. Sadly no options of pizza or chips we were half board. Gluten free was difficult for my husband had to ask specifically at breakfast for Gf bread and cereal ran out . We had emailed hotel prior to check. Nice hotel staff excellent v. Helpful, replaced fridge in our room immediately once we reported it wasn't working. Rahul at dinner went out of his way make sure my husband had Gluten free food . We didn't mind quiet location but no where nearby to go other bars etc. Hotel could invest in another bar area hotel guests.

Helpful and relaxing
I had a good stay. It was relaxing, my room was large, had a good breakfast and Hemant at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I would happily stay there again.
Great Hotel If Location Is Not A Priority
Great hotel, very clean with excellent facilities. The location could be a problem for some people because ther is not much in San Gwan, but it was a good base, a 25 minute walk down hill into Sliema. If you're looking for beach front and sea views, then not for you. Our room was huge, with a large bathroom. A small minus point would be that with so much space, there was very little storage space fo a 2 week stay. The staff were very professional, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. That said, there were 3 people that stood out, so a special mention to Vishal, Yessica and Athiphro. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.
First time to Malta's Urban Village gave us a professional but relaxed environment..perfect.
A lovely experience.. all u need under one roof..even a spa and indoor pool and gym.staff were lovely very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble ..honestly..Visual, Graziella and her twin sister Antoniella..Great in the catering and hosting areas and Rok first met us on our first nite and made us feel we were going to have a lovely holiday. Lovely soft spoken and perfect for Reception. Food was great ..buffet breakfast..all u can imagine with hot n cold foods. Even great dining during the day beside the pool. Even free drop offs to valetta and sliema just boo beforehand and thr driver Stephen was most pleasant and punctual and a patient driver. Thank you everyone for making our first trip to Malta a success and a great experience Anna & James from Ireland

Always a pleasure to stay, we visit once a year and the service, staff, food, drink, room and pools are great
