Nothing not to like
I love this hotel have stayed many times, is a great base to start out from, room 506 has a lovely balcony with a view across the harbour. Bed very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, large room, close by restaurants and shopping.
The location opposite the waterfront, close to numerous restaurants and shops, was excellent. The rooms were very large but somewhat tired. The towels were very thin and old but everything was clean. Needed a full length mirror.
The staff were always willing to help and were friendly.

This place is a dump Broken spa Broken shower Broken safe Broken door Dirty, Food was inedible and dangerous to eat. 2 hours eggs sitting in bane is recipe for food poisoning Towels were threadbare they even gave us dirty bath mats as towels. The staff try hard with what they have

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my life But this hotel is the best Clean, Friendly and professional staff The hotel room is was superb and very Porsche 👏👏👏

Disappointing stay – cleanliness and lack of hot water
Unfortunately, the hotel was a disappointment. There was no hot water during our stay, the rooms were dirty and quite worn out. There was also practically no space to store clothes and personal belongings. For this standard of accommodation, we would expect a significantly higher level of cleanliness, facilities and overall comfort.
