Great hotel
Place was great executive lounge had free beer and drinks teh staff were fantastic especially with the kids. Thank you Khushi from the executive lounge always accommodating and super nice with the kids
Fantastic hotel and staff
We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and I really can’t praise the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. They made my family feel so welcome and genuinely looked after us throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, and the staff were always checking on us to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything. They were more than happy to bring fresh pots of tea and coffee, lattes and anything else we asked for. The level of service was fantastic.
A special mention has to go to Brian, one of the concierges. He was brilliant and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit with the family, especially considering how warm the weather was. He recommended Mdina, which turned out to be the perfect day out. Brian also arranged a taxi through the hotel for us, which was so convenient. They collected us from the hotel, took us to Mdina and then came back to collect us afterwards. I would definitely recommend using the hotel’s taxi service. I would also suggest pre-booking your airport transfer, as traffic can be quite heavy and journeys can take longer than expected.
The pool area was amazing, and we loved that everything was so accessible. The sea, other pool areas and the spa were all within easy walking distance. The spa was also fantastic and really added to our stay.
The only downside for us was the room. We stayed on the second floor and felt that the room was a little dated and could do with some refurbishment and a few touches to freshen it up. The air conditioning also seemed like it could do with being updated. However, it still kept the room cool throughout the day and night, so it wasn’t a major problem for us.
There was also some building work taking place around the hotel and surrounding area, which we weren’t aware of before arriving. I would just advise being a little careful when walking down into town because of this.
Overall, we had a fabulous holiday. The food, hotel, location, facilities and, most importantly, the staff were all fantastic. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we felt very well looked after.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families, and we would happily return again!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Staff were very polite and friendly. Khushi and Asma at the executive lounge were amazing and very professional. They ve always toped up the snack bar and endeavour to continously ensure everything is available for Customers. All staff at resturant were friendly esp Maria. Cleaners and in dining team were hard working. IT Victor has a solution for every problem. Overall a very positive experience.

Overall a good stay
Just come back from the 10 night stay at the hotel. There’s pros and cons for staying here. I’ve given it a four star review based on the customer service the spacious rooms and the free pools. However, improve improvements are required at this hotel.
Let’s start with the pros. Customer service is excellent staff of friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned on a regular basis and bottled water replenished
The food for breakfast is okay, not a lot of variety, but you can order for additional cost from an additional menu. Service is slightly slower when it comes to hot drinks but all dependent on what time you arrive for breakfast.
The gym is very small with only a handful of machines weights only go up to 26 kg on the dumbbells and the floor is slightly uneven which can be dangerous and the Aircon was intermittent. However, it did the job.
There are free pools that the venue all are spacious and not busy. People will also not booking out their sunbeds at 6 o’clock in the morning and you could still find seats at 10 o’clock.
Be mindful that there is no lifeguard on duty although one member of the staff did walk around occasionally to stop children jumping in the pool
There are various restaurants on site where you can eat different variety of meals and the hotel is walking distance from the party life be mindful of going out after 8 o’clock as it gets very busy in the centre.
St George’s mall is a minute walk away as restaurants in there and the supermarket. We can get your goodies and use the hotel fridge to store food and should you require it
There is construction by the hotel so it does get noisy and there is buildup of traffic
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff are excellent. Khusi in the lounge gets a special shout out as well as Ravi at front desk
