5* but lacked little details that you would expect, such as slippers and vanity kit, shoe shine kit. Despite providing hair conditioner in the bathroom, it wasn’t replenished despite asking the housekeeping staff. Other than that the hotel was amazing, friendly and accommodating staff, spotless clean, wonderful pools and best fitness and spa facility have encountered in any hotel! Special mention to Ava in beauty for the most wonderful aromatherapy massage ever !!!

Best honeymoon🤍
I had the best honeymoon of my life in Malta. As soon as I arrived by taxi from the hotel, they took my luggage and moved it to my room. They even took care of my luggage with time left until check-in, making it easy to have fun. The staff at the counter were also very kind, and they helped me use the lounge before check-in, so I was able to relax comfortably :) The room was also great, and I always felt that they took care of me, which was truly wonderful !!

Forget cocktail time
If you are prepared to wait 30 minutes to be served a cocktail in the lobby bar then this is the hotel for you. The irony was the cocktails are good. Conclusion incompetent management. We went to the Italian restaurant for dinner instead, super friendly and efficient, what a contrast!.

Beautiful Hotel - exceptional suite, lovely staff!
This was my first visit to Malta and this Hotel certainly didn’t disappoint! Our one bedroom suite was perfect !! So modern with beautiful toiletries and everything you expect in a 5 star hotel! Breakfast buffet was wonderful as was the service and staff are so efficient and friendly. The grounds of the Hotel are extensive so finding sunbed is not a problem at all. We enjoyed the beautiful bar area for post dinner drinks as well. Not one criticism only thanks for a perfect staff. Will definitely be coming back!
