We loved it and we will be back!
Hotel - beautiful grounds that are well maintained and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Upon our arrival, guest services were quick to organise a luggage service to take us and our luggage to our room on a small vehicle.
Room - we stayed in a large superior twin room and there was ample space for the 3 of us. The beds were lovely and comfortable. Fresh towels each day, always clean and even a bottle of wine on our last day.
Food - always something new to explore as well as food you’d recognise. They do a very good job at trying to accommodate the tastes of numerous different countries and traditions. Everything was always well-stocked. The pizzas at lunch were a huge hit!
Pool - wow! We loved it. Always clean, ample beds and umbrellas. Couldn’t fault it!
Entertainment Team - they were the cherry on top of the cake. They were fantastic. I have never seen so many activities going on at once - they did not stop! We enjoyed their 10am and 3pm dances around the pool too. The shows they put on were excellent and we particularly liked how there was a mixture of inside and outside shows.
An excellent stay. We will be back. If you are booked into this hotel, you are going to have a lovely time!

Great Holiday
Had a lovely holiday. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The buffet food was served warm with plenty of choice, the bar staff were great, and there was lots to do throughout the stay. Golf buggy to and from rooms if required, entertainment teams worked very hard, foam pool party, evening shows all good.
Fab hotel and staff
The entertainment team totally made our holiday unforgettable, they work so hard, seems non stop, but are always smiling and clearly love their job, and it filters through. The hotel is really lovely, so many plus points but honestly, tje entertainment team were just utterly amazing 👏 🤩 ❤️ they r the reason u wud def come back.
Great for families
Stayed here for 11 full days late July 2026. Our family group was made up of 4 Adults ( including my wife and I as 2 grandparents) and 3 children ( 10, 3 and 1 year old). The Hotel is isolated but that primarily suited the overall purpose of our holiday and we enjoyed our stay very much. Pros:- The apartments we had were better than expected. Grounds were beautiful. Beach was about 5 mins or so walk with very steep descent down steps but was beautiful. Buffet food decent. Drinks, for AI were mostly ok. The top bar at Grill restaurant served much better drinks. Lively atmosphere. Some great live music and lots of dancing . Animation team were probably the most enthusiastic I’ve come across in all our years of holidaying. Our 10 year old got great value out of all the Kids Club activities. Grill restaurant was lovely for a quieter more relaxed style breakfast and lunch. Portuguese restaurant served lovely food. Bus from hotel runs to Villamoura and Albuiefera on alternative days for £4 return pps. We had an outing to each which we enjoyed and also a trip to Zoomarine which was also very good. Cons:- Apartment balcony protectors should have been cleaner. Better cleaning around pool and hotel grounds needed. Main buffet restaurant busy and noisey. Grill restaurant and Portuguese restaurants need to be booked on the Hotel App but none of us could get this to work. Reception booked us in but did not tell us the Grill had alternate nights for meat and fish. Unfortunately we ended up booked in for a fish themed night so we did not enjoy the food albeit the location and guitarist set the scene for a lovely setting. Main pool can be very busy and noisey ( although you do have the choice if it suits everyone to slip away to quieter top pool or garden areas). Steps to beach are challenging with kids prams. Spent a lot more on hotel bus and taxis than in any other holiday due to location. My main gripe is no Lifeguards are on duty around the pools. Really surprised at this given number of kids and busyness of the pools. Overall though we had a very very enjoyable holiday. May consider returning with other family next year and would overall recommend as long as you like an isolated location.

Amazing holiday, fantastic entertainment every single day. The staff work incredibly hard to put on all the performances alongside the daytime events. The stretching classes and cardio workouts were brilliant in the mornings. The highlight was the white party on Saturdays.
