Great hotel
The location was great. Hotel staff went out of their way to help. Food was amazing. One slight issue with ants around the pool. I would recommend this hotel and I will be going back. Fabulous holiday

Good atmosphere entertainment was really good
Amazing hotel
After reading some of the reviews of this hotel before we went I was quite concerned about what sort of experience we would have, and hubby even considered changing hotels. However, we are so glad we didn’t! We had the most wonderful time! Staff were all extremely friendly and polite, especially Ben on the outdoor bar, who worked long hours, but always with a smile on his face and friendly chat! The food in the restaurant was always hot and plentiful, even for the fussy eaters there was always something to eat. The staff also friendly and courteous. I don’t know what his name is (sorry) but the guy at the door most days, most welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and staff worked hard to keep it that way. Also the animation team were a lovely bunch, who didn’t pressurise you to join in, but always asked. Yes, some of the time there is a slight language barrier, but as an English person in Portugal that is our fault! They spoke much better English than I can speak Portuguese that’s for sure. On the whole an amazing holiday and would definitely go back there again.
