Absolutely amazing stay again
Our second year staying here. Booked again for next year. Bernardo,Maria, Riccardo and the new lad Tomas were fantastic. This place is just paradise. The location and the village is amazing.
A hotel worthy of the reviews!
We had a great family stay at this wonderful hotel. Lovely, clean, spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and always happy to help and go the extra mile. Great quiet hotel as under 30 rooms, no rushing in the morning for a sunbed as they were always plenty. You could actually relax and have a lie in with out the usual morning stress! Great location with so many restaurants to choose from in the local area, beach is 5 minutes walk and the old town only a 10 minute Uber away.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning in the future!

Lovely staff
Second time we've been to this hotel. We loved everything. Everyone was very nice to us, amazing people. We will definitely come back. Especially having an autistic child, Everyone at the bar helped us to accommodate how my son has his toasties. Exceptional service. Thank you so much for everything ❤️😊
Fantastic holiday
I've nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Everything is spotless and very well looked after. The rooms are large and the daily service is great. One of the best parts is the snack bar where Ricardo and Maria provide a great service. Food and drink is excellent. Overall, loved our stay!
Great stay, highly recommend
An excellent place to stay. Apartment was in good condition (not perfect but very good), spotlessly clean and well presented. Nice and spacious and had everything we needed, decent selection of equipment in the kitchen so you could cook if you wanted to.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Snack bar is open 9 till 9 and has a good selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner (nothing fancy but for a family with kids you could get pizza and chips etc on a night).
Pool didn't get too busy, there were times when all the sunbeds would be in use but there was no rushing out to reserve them, you could go out at 10 and find beds, and people came and went so as often as not there were free sunbeds at any time.
Location is ideal. Olhas de Agua itself has got loads of great restaurants and bars, some literally 2 minutes walk from reception, then the main area by the beach is only 5 minutes walk or so. There's also other good options if you walk 15 minutes past the inter marche. Bus or taxi to Albufeira is easy and cheap, Villamoura was only €15 in a Bolt.
Highly recommend both the hotel itself and the location.
(Don't expect much from the gym, the treadmill is very good and you book in so you don't clash with anyone but after that the bike has seen better days and the weights are limited)
