As I spend my last evening here I thought it’s a great time to do a review. When we arrived at the hotel we were impressed with the hotel as you pull up and the reception inside. The staff at reception are all very engaging, helpful and friendly. When we arrived at our family room again we were pleasantly surprised. A huge area as you come in, good size bathroom, big room inc a small kitchen, dining table, coffee table, big tv and two sofa beds. Our room had a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Both rooms had excellent air con and ceiling fans. The air con is very difficult to work so get reception to alter if you find it too cold or not cold enough. There is a good size balcony with two chairs, table and space to hang wet washing. All this delivers a great base for your stay and gives you the opportunity to slightly cater for yourself or children should you wish to. Another huge benefit is that they have a wash room. Sounds strange but a huge bonus. For €7.50 you can wash and dry a huge load meaning you can take clothes home clean and do not necessarily have to bring loads with you. We move house 3 days after flying home do we took full advantage! There is an iron free to use with an ironing board of sorts in the wash room. Outside of that is a games room. It’s very dated and pool table, arcade games are not owned by the hotel. They regularly broke while we were there which is something the hotel should review. The swimming pool is freezing cold (even during 30’c days) but you do adjust after the initial shock. It is massive so plenty of space for the entertainment team to hold events and others to spend time within. We enjoyed some time in the pool and our son took advantage of the games and activities within it. There are so many loungers around the pool that you should never miss out but you have to get up early to claim the best ones. They have a pool side bar which is very useful and they have snacks in there from midday to about 21.00. Kids can get ice cream and ice pops too. The entertainment team are excellent with the kids and with some the passion really shines through. Breakfast offers a good verity of fruit, cereals, pastries, cakes, meats and cheeses. Then there are hot items but the sausages are gross! Bacon has a turkey ham feel to it. There are plenty of drink options so sets you up well for the day. Lunch is good too. Plenty of salads, pasta with tomato sauce, fish offerings, cooked marinaded meats and dishes plus vegetarian offerings. Plenty of side offerings too and breads. Desserts are always around 5 choices plus fruits and cheeses. Pizza is there lunch and dinner too. Dinner is a huge let down. It just does not hit the mark like the other times of the day. Pizza again, pasta bolognaise and then uninspired fish and meat dishes that are not good. We ate out for over half the week for dinner as a result spending €100’s euros. Desserts again are very similar to lunch. The hotel needs to re address the dinner options as they let the experience down big time. Another issue is kids running around the dining room all the time so it’s a hazard. The evening entertainment is very poor and not worth experiencing. We tried a few nights! The hotel is in the middle of a village. There are a few restaurants 10 mins walk away to the left (beach way) and right towards the old town and supermarket. We found a restaurant called Versatile no more than 15 mins walk away and it’s superb. Really good quality. For an 15 min taxi ride you can go to the old town. Plenty of shops, restaurants an d bars there. Only costs about €11 each way. There is a huge beach there too. Overall a really nice hotel with good facilities. But entertainment on an evening and evening meals need a re think.

I came here with my husband and son. We were greeted very warmly at reception when we arrived . Unfortunately when we arrived our room wasn’t very so we had to bum about in the soaring heat for over 2 hours . The room (apartment) itself is very spacious, exceptionally clean with everything you need. I was surprised how nice the room was. It would easily accommodate a family of 4. The entertainment staff especially the 2 young lads (think one is called Raphael) are very good. Very engaging and great with the kids. The bar staff are very rude apart from the older gentleman. Drinks on offer are decent . The bar food was alright too (pizza, chips , nugs etc ) The pool is very clean and is massive . The towel hire is a really nice touch. I’ve never seen this before . The pool entertainment is good. Our son particularly liked the water polo. Night entertainment is ok. Kids club would definitely benefit for being in the main area . Feels a little disjointed being outside on the deck. Food here isn’t great. I was disappointed as reviews were really good . Breakfast gets boring , lunch is alright but dinner is abysmal . We went out most night for dinner . Which isn’t great when we paid over £3500 for a weeks holidays for a family of 3. Food selection is huge , but some of the quality is poor. It would be better to have less choice and better quality food. The allergen information is helpful but sometimes the food is labeled wrong which isn’t great for someone like myself who suffers with an allergen. The hotel location is in a village. To the left is a small beach area with afew shops and restaurants. To the right is afew restaurants and a supermarket. The old town is about 10 min is a taxi and costs a I’ve €10 each way. That has more to offer , lots of bars , bigger beach , tons of shops . Much lively atmosphere. If your looking to stay mostly in the hotel , not too fussed about the food quality then you’ll probably enjoy it more then we did . The hotel were really sweet and left my husband and I an anniversary card and bottle was wine which was really lovely and thoughtful . So thank you for that . The house keeping staff are absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotless . We liked we could also wash and dry our clothes in the Laundry room. This was a plus to us particularly as we move house 3 days after we get home from holidays . If little tweaks were made especially with the food this would be an absolutely banging hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is fantastic. This was our second year staying here and we have never gone back to the same place twice.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. Reception are so friendly, the people welcoming you to dinner every night are wonderful (Orlando, Alice and I’m sorry I don’t know any other names!) and by far what has made it for us is the animation/entertainment team. They appear about 11am every day around the pool for activities and are still there on the dance floor at 11pm some nights. Niguelsan, Rafael, Angela, Ari (and I’m sorry there are so many others I don’t know names) absolutely made the holiday for us. So much fun!! The atmosphere around the pool is fun and lively, mini disco is fab and evening entertainment was great for us. The food is lovely. Buffet is a bit smaller than some places we’ve been but it is a smaller hotel and the quality is brilliant. We’ve also never been to a cleaner hotel, there is someone always cleaning and maintaining things. Overall, highly recommend for families. We had a 2 year old and 10 year old with us. We will be back!!
