We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. On the first night, we had to stay in a room for three people, even though there were only two of us. The room was very old and dirty. The bathroom mirror had black marks all over it. The next day, we had to move to another room. We had to check out of the first room at 11 a.m., but we could not check into the second room until 2 p.m. This meant that we had to leave our bags at reception and go somewhere else for three hours. We were told that the reason we had to stay in the first room was because they "had to fix something." The older man at reception was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the other staff members were not as welcoming. Our second room, which was the room we had originally booked, was much cleaner and generally okay. However, the towels were a problem. Every day, they either gave us dirty towels or did not change them at all. It seemed like they sometimes just put the same towels back in place to make it look as though they had been replaced. The bed was also not always made properly. One day, the water supply went out. This also meant that the pool pumps were not working properly. There was a lot of chlorine in the pool, and the water was dirty. We were simply told that it would be fixed the next day. Overall, the hotel had some serious cleanliness and service issues. The experience could have been much better.
Very rude older lady at reception, told us sternly we didn’t have a booking only to see it there in black and white!! Room was basic, bathroom was filthy, walls are paper thin could hear next door chatting. The rooftop pool was also filthy. Only used this hotel to sleep and shower!! Had I been staying here for longer than 4 nights I’d of seriously complained and moved on. The only positive was the air con.
Lovely simple hotel located less than 2 minutes walk from the main square. Its a little old fashioned but thats its charm. The bedroom is a good size, very bright, comfortable bed and good quality linen. Theres a fridge, safe, TV and air conditioning in the room. Good bathroom, bath, overhead shower and bidet. The hotel is very good value for money. I would be very happy to stay here again.
We spent 5 nights in this hotel, the staff were rude and weren’t helpful when we asked for essentials for the room the man followed us to our room which made me feel uncomfortable. We then realised a a whole under our floor with a piece of wood covering it leading ants all over the room. The smell in the room also was horrible and I wouldn’t go there again
