Staff need training
Booked premium room with pool view. There was no view asked to change room could not for two nights. New room much better, unfortunately there had been a power cut and the new key card couldn't be programmed so staff had to escorted us to our room every time, which was really frustrating sometimes had to wait for staff to be available to open our room door. No soap in public toilets did reported a few times still nothing done. Decking around the hotel needs attention very loose under foot.. litter left around the pool area and bins very full. Some staff at pool bar not friendly. Breakfast staff no team leader to guide staff on how to do their jobs. Customer service not great..
Very disappointing experience – definitely not worth the price
We are currently staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing.
For two days, we had no room key and had to wait every time for someone to accompany us to our room. We asked several times about an iron, but there was never one available. Every member of staff gave us a different answer.
The breakfast is also very disappointing. The restaurant is extremely crowded, with everyone struggling to find a place. By 10:00 a.m., there is hardly anything left on the buffet, even though breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:30 a.m. When I mentioned this to the manager, I was simply told that I should come for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. There was no apology or understanding.
Basically, you are on holiday, but the hotel decides when you should have breakfast!
The parking situation is also very difficult, with not enough spaces available, making it extremely hard to park.
The bathroom is full of mould, which is completely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the manager did not seem interested in finding a solution and appeared completely insensitive to our complaints. The staff also do not seem properly trained to welcome guests or provide clear and helpful information.
Personally, I would not recommend this hotel at all. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and facilities.
Very disappointing and certainly not the experience we expected from a hotel at this price.

Garbage , avoid all costs !!!!!!
Wish I can leave 0 star review , warning to all, stay away , don't bother , this hotel just cares about the $$$$$$ Money hungry resort , no flexibility , they have no empathy or compassion for their guests ...... staff are definitely not trained , bunch of punks working the bar.... I asked management to contact me several times , not one phone call nor attempt to reach out to me. Rather stay in a motel than this garbage dump, good luck to all
Avoid at all costs (even if cheap!!)
Probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had abroad. Firstly I was scammed- I got what’s app messages from what looked like the hotel asking for payment. The hotel later sent emails to avoid response (which luckily I did) but has yet to advise how my details had been leaked. The hotel is run down. Currently opposite is a construction site. The actual hotel reminds me of a prison would be … rooms v hard to get to all around the 2 pools- which unless you get up at 8am you have no chance getting a sunbed at. The breakfast was the worst but. Food was horrible, no where to sit, people taking your chairs if you got up. I ate here once then went out. I spent only the time sleeping in this hotel- it was also very over priced. Never again.
Great poolarea!
We went a family with 2 tweens for a week. The room had a good size, balcony and was bright and clean.
The breakfast had enough variety to satisfy us all, and can be taken outside on a nice patio.
There is a short walk to different beaches that have snacbars - dont plan on renting sunbeds on the Beach because there are none. Its an equal short walk to the city centrum. There are also groceryshops near by.
For our family the poolarea was the main attraction. Plenty of sunbeds and two large pools that vary in depth up to 2,8 m. There is a poolbar with food and the hotel provides large pooltowels. We could spend the whole day there.
The staff is helpfull and friendly :)
