Great place to stay
Beautiful hotel, very clean. Staff where friendly. Breakfast was amazing. We only did B&B but we decided to try the restaurant one evening and im afraid the food was not the best and felt rushed. We loved the pool but the sunbeds were so close to each other. It was difficult to walk between them. The little stones were a nuisance too. The bar area was lovely, food and drink there was great! The spa area was lovely and throughly enjoyed my treatment.
Excellent hotel and stay
My wife and I have just returned from a very enjoyable 9 days stay at this excellent hotel in the beautiful town of Portimao. Hard to fault anything about our stay. Our Third floor room on the estuary side (a little road noise but in no way disturbed our sleep) was comfy and well equipped, spotlessly clean throughout the hotel, excellent expansive breakfast and an amazing roof top terrace and infinity pool (some reviews have commented on the pool’s temperature, but we found it just right, certainly not cold in our opinion). All the staff are friendly and accommodating especially on reception and the rooftop bar which was an added pleasure to enjoy the evening entertainment. Well recommended by both of us and would be happy to return in the future.

Great couples holiday
Lovely staff so helpful booking restaurants and checking on our transfers Great breakfast lovely rooftop pool . Comfy beds nice balcony room with fridge in room Great value . Hotel in good location with courtesy bus to Praia da rocha Didn’t use the spa as weather so perfect

Pleasant stay
Had a very pleasant stay . Roof top bar was very good as was the food and service. Resturant was good with a reasonable set menu. A big thank you to Daniel who was very helpful with our food and wine choices. 2 negatives. 1 st Check in was not brilliant. We had previously emailed and asked for a room on a high floor away from the lift. Was told this would be noted against our reservation and if possible would be fulfilled. On arrival we were given a ground floor room. We asked to have a different room and they found us one albeit with attitude. If this room was available why not allocated it as agreed. 2nd House keeping was very good but very late. Earliest our room was cleaned was 3.30. and one time had to request the room to be cleaned after 4. If you have been out for the day and want to have a rest and a shower this is far to late . We would definitely return

10/10 such a fantastic stay!!
We had the most amazing stay at the Jupiter Marina Hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect!
We were so delighted to be upgraded to a Junior Suite what a fabulous room and such a lovely surprise! It made my birthday trip even more special.
The Bali Bed experience was another highlight and such a special treat. The setting was beautiful and it was the perfect way to relax, the food and drinks served were delicious.
The hotel itself is stunning, especially the infinity pool, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, and the free shuttle to the beach was such a great bonus and made getting around really easy.
We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. From the beautiful room and facilities to the wonderful staff and little extras, everything was just fabulous.
100% recommend Jupiter Marina Hotel and we would absolutely love to return.
Thank you to everyone at Jupiter Marina for making my 40th birthday trip so special.
