This hotel is located in a quiet and privileged position, between Alvor, Praia da Rocha, and the lively cosmopolitan city of Portimão. In the centre of Alvor, a few kilometres away, there are many shopping and entertainment venues, in addition, Faro Airport is less than 55 kilometers away from the hotel. The hotel is near magnificent beaches, such as the Alemão Beach, Vau Beach, Rocha Beach and Alvor Beach. In the surroundings there are three of the best golf courses in the Algarve: Alto Golf, the Palmares Golf and Penina Golf Course, in addition to various water parks and theme parks. All flats have the amenities required for a comfortable stay as home appliances and cozy furniture, spectacular views are available for some of them from the window.

Disappointing. Far from a 4* resort.
We visited as a family and while the resort had some good facilities such as padel/tennis courts and friendly staff the rest of the experience was lacking. Food was sub standard and expensive. Bar staff often charged inconsistently and were not very apt at making simple drinks. Requests were not met, such as a ground floor room and missing sheets/pillows. The resort is on the middle of nothing so you have to get cabs everywhere. The nearest town being Portimao which is the first and definitely the last time we’ll visit here. All in all not the best part of Portugal in a very below par hotel.
Family holiday
We have just returned from a week long holiday to Vitors. Our first visit to Portugal and definitely not our last. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Our apartment was huge and absolutely spotless with regular housemaid visits. We never tried the restaurant but the pool snack bar was great for a mid afternoon snack and the happy hr appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check out at 12 is a bonus too. Only minor complaint we thought there would be more bars and restaurants nearer to the hotel. It is quite isolated but a nice half hr walk downhill to Alvor is what we did every night. There is a brilliant atmosphere with lots of pubs and restaurants all family friendly and good value. Ubers back were around 5 euro. The Chillout bar was our favourite. One night we had 5 beers, 4 wines. Sangria, 4 cokes and chicken wings for less than 40 euros. Leonard the owner is a character def one to visit. We will definitely be back to Portugal and highly recommend Vitors Plaza for a relaxing, chilled, friendly holiday.

Lovely family holiday
We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend Vitors Plaza. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were no sunbed wars, which made for a much more relaxing stay. The only slight downsides was that the pool was a bit too cold to really enjoy, and the main equipment in the gym was out of order, but it certainly didn't spoil our holiday. Alvor is a beautiful town with lovely restaurants and only a short, inexpensive Uber ride away. Having Mel & Canela bakery and Intermarché within walking distance was a real bonus. Our boys (16 & 12) really enjoyed the football sessions with Rui (although we couldn't persuade them to join any of the other activities!). The evening entertainment was great fun too. We also visited Slide & Splash and took the speedboat trip from Portimão to the Benagil Caves – both were fantastic experiences and well worth doing. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would happily return.

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, great atmosphere. Staff attentive and welcoming. Huge apartment, comfy beds and delicious breakfast. A 10 minute walk to Intermarché for a food shop.

Great location between Praia de rocha and Alvor. Within 10 min walk of large Intermarche. The accommodation we got was a large 2 bed top floor apartment overlooking the pool, with a second large balcony woth views of surrounding area. The apartment was pristine, 1 ensuite master, and 1 twin single bed room and a shared bathroom also. Kitchen and living area were really nice and modern. We had a pull out bed which we could love to the twin room as there were 5 of us. Entertainment was excellent, food was better in the snack bar. But eating out you are spoiled woth options and only 7-8 euros in an Uber. Alvor was out favourite place to eat. Pool area very clean and staff all very helpful and friendly. Will return. Thank you.
