Built in 2004, this complex comprises a total of 96 apartments as well as 2,000 m² of pleasant gardens. Located close to the beach, guests are welcomed in the foyer with a reception area, a safe and a currency exchange desk. Further facilities include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, a bar, a café, Internet access (for an added fee), WLAN access point and a TV room. Room service and laundry service, as well as bicycle rental, are also included in the facilities. Younger guests are offered a kids club and a playground to let off steam. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities.

Lovely relaxing hotel
Lovely hotel. Very clean. We had a great relaxing experience. Food was very good. Breakfast buffet complete with relaxing piano player every morning. Ladies receiving a flower at lunchtime. Nice touch the staff bringing fruit to sunlounger in afternoons. Good entertainment by the pool which was lively at times. Went to Ria restaurant one night and was good. Tried the indoor pool and facilities small but lovely. Great to have choice of poolside bar and rooftop bar every evening. Entertainment at night was relaxrd and varied with disco, singers and trio Something to suit eceryone. 15 mins walk to cabanas boardwalk. Taxi to tavira 15 mins and 15 euros. If you want a relaxing hotel in nice soroudings then this is for you
Great hotel shame about the service
Great hotel and location spoilt by poor bar service as there were insufficient staff. I would recommend avoiding late September and into October as the hotel is largely full of golfing grouos, One particular annoyance was a large group of elderly people arrived in two coach loads for 5 days and the hotel seemed to only cater for their needs.

Geared up for All inclusive
Big Hotel more geared up for the All inclusive market. We stayed B&B for 3 nights. No welcome drink offered, no concierge. First impressions a bit underwhelming. The Suite was lovely, very clean and quiet. The housekeeping team did a marvellous job each day. Milk in the fridge would be a great addition. Breakfast was hectic, food replenished quickly. Disliked the artificial tasting coffee from the machine. Decent portuguese coffee needed. Jam cheap substitute, poor. We did find tables weren’t cleared fast enough for the amount of guests having breakfast. When asked if a table could be cleaned, we were met with apathy. Most staff were friendly generally, but more eye contact and a hello would be nice.

Had every you need for the perfect holiday
Friendly, great food rooms cleaned every day. The water aerobics team were brilliant with everyone joining in - Rachel was so lovely

Do not book RIA restaurant, extremely expensive.
Do not book dinner at restaurant RIA, 38 Euro per person is robbery. You will be served food from a set menu. It is airline food served in the same manor. Do not book this, the price is extremely expensive.
