Stay in the Algarve and enjoy the comfort and amenities at Hyatt
The Hyatt at Vilamoura is beautiful. We were there during the last week of September 2026. Great rooms, exceptional service, delicious food, location - everything! You'll love it. The rooms are well-designed and very clean. Nice towels, robes and even slippers. You'll have a choice of room views, ours was a partial-sea view and it was very enjoyable to sit outside and sip coffee, read and absorb the beauty. The hotel's location makes it an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Shopping and numerous restaurants are nearby. The hotel reception arranged a Benagil Cave boat tour for us. It's our first time staying in the Algarve and with a Hyatt property; and we look forward to returning to both. Room rates were reasonable.

My 4 nights 9.22.26-9.26.26 at Hyatt Regency Vilamoura was very enjoyable because of the great services that I received from Iara, Jessica, Javier Munoz. The room were clean and well stocked with the amenities. The breakfast was decent. My only complaints were the service was very slow and the limited food offerings during the Algarvian hours for Globalist I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of the overall friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to the beach
Fantastic
We chose this hotel for convenience to Faro airport and I had points to use. Had I known what a gem this is, we would have stayed longer. We were welcomed inside by a lovely gentleman (Afinso? My apologies for misspelling. ) he took us in hand with baggage and hotel tour. We were offered water and cookies and able to check in early to a water view room. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of hangers. The infinity edge pool is a wonderful surprise. It's huge, beautiful and pristine water. Plenty of loungers. We were given much appreciated drink tickets. Vino tinto was very good. I had the best swim. The grounds are lovely too. We sadly had to check out at 3:30 am to catch a flight. Front desk staff even offered to send up breakfast as the restaurant of course wouldn't be open so early. Everyone we encountered were amazingly helpful.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel
We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura. The hotel is modern, stylish and very clean, and all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.
The location is fantastic, with shops nearby and only a short walk to both the beach and the marina, making it really convenient for exploring the area.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and plenty of choice. Unfortunately, one downside was that some of the hot food was quite cold, which was a little disappointing.
The pool area was lovely, although we found the sun loungers weren’t the most comfortable and could definitely benefit from some thicker cushions.
The rooms were lovely, great size and the shower was so powerful. The beds were sooo comfy and the hairdryer was also great!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A beautiful, modern hotel in a great location with lovely staff and excellent facilities.
Pleasantly Surprised
I was a little apprehensive about booking this hotel seeing mixed reviews plus being notified they had building works on going at the hotel for the new spa. Regardless of this we still booked for the price and location. I must say I was actually really surprised how good it was. The staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel is very modern and clean. You wouldn't even know they had building work on going it was so quiet and to be honest the hotel in general was silent and we was in a room beside a lift. I do imagine once the spa is complete this hotel will gain a 5* rating because I was genuinely surprised it hadn't already. The only thing if I'm being very picky is id like to see updated and comfier sun loungers around the pool. Don't let the few negative reviews put you off booking, for the price and location this hotel is a steal. We will be returning hopefully before it gets more expensive.
