First class hotel.
First class hotel. Modern, exceptionally clean, food is excellent. As soon as you enter the grounds, it looks upmarket. When you enter the reception it looks luxurious and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and modern.

Great hotel
Location was great 5 mins walk to beach and also near the strip, the hotel was clean and well decorated and staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and had a great view we were on the 14 floor, bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Value for the money was good. Pool was never crowded and is naturally heated and pool area was very clean and plenty of sun beds with a guy who was very good at his job making sure you had a bed and shade if you needed. Waiting staff were amazing always making sure you had drinks and food if you needed. I can’t praise this place enough will definitely be back.
Great stay in Don Pancho
Great hotel, ftiendly staff, very clean, great evening program, breakfast good but not a lot of variances, service minded swimming pool helping everybody with chairs and umbrella during. Nice walk to old town in 20 minutes. So very positeve experience. Only point for improvement are the difficult to read store nummers in elevator and nice white stairs but without black lines so difficult to see every step for people with limited view as mt wife.

Best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm stall al great food lovely room is everything you need and clean entertainment at night is good not to everyone's taste we situated for shops bars pool gets a bit crowded but Stephen always finds you a lounger and a brolly if you want shade.

Excellent
Brilliant family hotel, this was our 8th visit, and have just booked to return. This is like cruises used to be, but on land. Great staff, good food and entertainment. So relaxing, and well located for the beach and shops. Very little noise from the English street!
