great hotel
loved our hotel stay over all but having to pay €2 for water is unfair please consider to reduce the price especially when having it with a meal, we will definitely be back it’s now our number one hotel in benidorm staff are great however it wasn’t until day 7 that me pool man offered to sort sun umbrellas for us so sadly no tip for him, room cleaner was fantastic and so polite, receptionist all very helpful, found beds a little hard but they was happy to sort mattress tippers for us, food was good but flies on it annoying, we are age 48 & 57 and loved how relaxing this hotel is

Amazing
Amazing location, fab food and great customer service. Highly recommended. Only downside is a pathetic hairdryer in bathroom. But otherwise A1!!! Stephan the pool attendant did an amazing job in scorching heat, all day everyday, he was fab 👌

Wow where do I start ? From the moment we walked into the hotel we was treated like royalty. Our room was a superior room plenty of room and what a view from the balcony. The food is top quality the staff best hotel we have ever stayed at. Special mention about Stefan and Robert the 2 members of staff who look after you around the pool nothing is a problem for them thank you for your hard work gentlemen. The entertainment is really good highly recommended watching Pablo Bloom if he’s on during your stay.

Fabulous hotel staff excellent so helpful Stephen the pool man fabulous so helpful Olia our cleaner was great The only downside was we did not think the food was as good as last year
