Avoid!
Stayed here for a week this month with two friends, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish.
We arrived at the hotel late at night and, when we got into our room, found dirty socks left behind by the previous occupants. This immediately made us question whether the room had actually been cleaned properly — and, naturally, our biggest concern was whether the bed sheets had been changed.
The pool was another major disappointment. It was unbelievably hot, more like getting into a very hot bath than a swimming pool, and was honestly unbearable.
The food was practically inedible. I’m usually quite forgiving when it comes to hotel food, so this wasn’t necessarily a deal-breaker for me, but it certainly didn’t improve the experience.
Unfortunately, some of the staff were also very rude, particularly one member of the pool bar staff, whose attitude really stood out and left a very poor impression.
Before booking, I had always been told this was an amazing hotel, so I had fairly high expectations. I would strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully before booking. We spoke to quite a few other guests during our stay, and many said they would never return either.
Overall, a very disappointing stay and, based on our experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel.
A Wonderful Stay at Flash Hotel!
Flash Hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and feature super comfortable beds. The pool area is fantastic for relaxing, and the location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely be returning!

I spend my best holidays in Benidorm Hotel Flash. Firstly for his large gamme of advantages, for example, activities near to the hotel 2. piscines & beachs nearly 3. disco just approximately to the place of Flash Hotel 4. The foods inside the restaurant, many choices 5. Adorable services and the servers inside the restaurant 6. Greats conversations and humours with the boss, a lot of laughs with him. 7. Good discussions with the girl receptionist name Carmen 🙂↔️😍

Avoid theft from rooms !! And yes my door was locked and I had a safe!!
Avoid cleaners steal even shoes out your room!! You report to reception and tgey are not interested at all ! Would never go back to this hotel 😡😡
