Its elegant rooms and its two plunge pools with stunning sea views are a highlight. The hotel also has a restaurant and a Sky Bar with nice sea views. There is a spa beauty center.

Good short stay hotel
My opinion only!
Good points; Nice sea front suite. Modern. Good air conditioning everywhere. Good location. Reasonable drinks prices. Great pool views. Beds around the pool always available. Clean everywhere. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice Friendly staff. Good food at every sitting. Good coffee. Multi function Wrist bands.
Not so good: Rooms Exposed to external noise. Most rooms other than front hotel have poor views. Flies around buffet food. Bar service is slow. Beds were hard mattresses but good pillows. Only one beer type. Breakfast orange juice is poor. Deposit Charges for towels. Plastic sun bed cushions get way too hot. Pools are shallow.

Great stay at Hotel H10 Porto Poniente
We had a really pleasant stay at your hotel. We would recommend the hotel for different reasons : great hospitality , great staff, great food, ....a room with marvellous view and very convenient. Your hotel deserves a 'fifth' star
Superb
We had our first stay at this Hotel and we would definitely return. The location is perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious with complimentary toiletries. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was superb and we looked forward to it each morning, it was also well organised. The Pools were lovely and despite the busy period we managed to use what we wanted. The spa is lovely and we had a great massage with Nyka. Overall a superb break which we both needed.
Excel Once Again
You really can’t go wrong I think it’s our fifth stay since it opened and our third in a sea view suite The staff make this hotel, apart from the food service snd location which are all very good. We are here for a week this time and tbh I couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast is very good as is the evening meal choice I don’t think I’ve got one gripe and that’s a first for us. If you’re coming to Benidorm check it out it’s really worth a try.

Very good rooms and tea is tasty and the chefs/ staff were very kind, especially a chef called alissa who was especially kind and polite to me and my brother
