Great hotel 🥰
Not sure why this hotel has got so many bad reviews, we were greeted by friendly staff on reception, our room was clean a spacious, with a fantastic view (all rooms in this hotel have a sea view) and a good selection for breakfast,right on the beach front and walking distance to the main strip….
Would I come here with children I’d probably say no, but perfect for couples and groups, nice and quiet after spending time in the crowds….
Would I recommend this yes, if you want a goood budget friendly hotel for a few days away

Enjoyed our stay.
Lovely welcome from reception when we arrived. 3rd floor room fabulous view. Very clean hotel throughout. Food was nice. Only having 2 lifts was a annoyance at meal times as you could be waiting a while. The location is fantastic....perfect for the beach. Not much in the way of English tv channels if you want to watch TV. We would stay again.

Great location,clean with amazing views food not so good
Lovely clean rooms with lovely views. Great location. Food poor unless you eat fish or stem not much choice. Pool area doesn't get the sun till 1.30pm. Due to high-rise building behind hotel. Staff at reception and var area friendly cleaning staff friendly restaurant staff rude and ignorant. I woukd return to to the lovely clean hotel with amazing views and great location but wouod go room only or B&B.

The view was amazing from the room, clean room (the cleaner deserves 5*), good selection of food, beach is close, extra point for the 3rd card :)

Spanish Benikaktus
On arrival, reception staff very pleasant and quick. Rooms lovely and cleaned every day, even if you didn't leave them til after lunch. Pool disappointing, very small and in the shade and limited sunbeds that you could raise up to sitting level. Most were reserved every day. Entertainment at night was always Spanish music and Spanish dancing, did not cater one night for UK. Hotel is on a steep hill and you get dropped at the bottom of it cos the coach won't go up. The views from the rooms were amazing, the staff were lovely, housekeeping was brilliant but wdn go back because of the pool area, the Spanish Entertainment and the hill.
