The hotel is situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, 2500 metres away from the city centre and 600 metres from the Levante beach. There is a bus stop 300 meters away. Alicante airport is 60 km away. This hotel offers a total of 195 double/twin rooms, all of them with balcony. It offers a 24 hours reception desk with money exchange service, an air conditioned restaurant with views to the pool, bar café, TV and reading room and internet service. All rooms have a balcony and come equipped with bathroom, TV, phone, air conditioning, heating and safety deposit boxes (local charge apply). The hotel offers a sun terrace with two swimming pools and a hot tub. Clients may use sun beds and parasols as well as a small pool bar and showers. There is a daily and evening entertainment program. All meals are offered with a buffet style.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Solid consistent hotel offering excellent value for money
Good solid consistent hotel. Well located and nothing to fault really.
Clean room, great air con system l, well located room in B4 (the annexe).
Food was delicious and we really enjoyed it. Always found nice things to have and looked forward to mealtimes. Hotel itself very clean, nice pool area with things going if you want to join in. Always able to get a sunbed even if arriving round the pool in the afternoon.
The next thing I will mention is the friendly smiling staff who really are so helpful. This is key when you go on holiday and something me and my children really appreciated.
Overall a nice holiday in a clean safe hotel. Would recommend!

Another great stay
We stayed last year and really enjoyed and we were not disappointed this holiday All staff we met were lovely - reception, restaurant and cleaners. A massive shout out though to the entertainment team - Natxo (who we met last year) and Noa and Ema they were absolutely fantastic day and night making sure adults and children were well entertained with many activities and shows. Best evening show TIME who were absolutely outstanding - mix of singing, dancing, acrobatics and audience involvement superb. Another special mention for the bar staff (also poolside food truck) who were always very busy, very polite, friendly and helpful lovely staff.

Relaxing stay
Just got back from an amazing stay this was my second time. Everyone is very friendly from front desk to bar staff waiters and the cleaners do an amazing job. The food was great my daughter has arfid and she always food something to eat. No running for subbed even if you come in the afternoon you can find a sun bed. I had a lovely relaxed holiday and would come again. Thank you to all the staff.
Regente hotel
Location not bad not in thick of all pubs but some around hotel to get a drink.Night time can get a little noisy with karaoke at red lion and some good tribute bands on,but can close balcony door to keep sound out. We we’re on 9 th floor across from lift some noises from guest getting out at night could be herd .On a few accessions we had to use stairs as lifts were very slow.Air con none existent came on for 5 minutes in 3 nights we stayed baring in mind was 32 degrees that week .Breakfast not the best paid for 3 mornings,only ate 1 morning that was enough to put us off eating there next morning.Fridge didn’t work bought a pint of milk to have gone of next day .shower was disappointing,watering can would of ran quicker.Staff are all friendly and welcoming.Best place to get a my near by is the Yorkshire prid pub just up hill past Lidl.
