The hotel is situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, 2500 metres away from the city centre and 600 metres from the Levante beach. There is a bus stop 300 meters away. Alicante airport is 60 km away. This hotel offers a total of 195 double/twin rooms, all of them with balcony. It offers a 24 hours reception desk with money exchange service, an air conditioned restaurant with views to the pool, bar café, TV and reading room and internet service. All rooms have a balcony and come equipped with bathroom, TV, phone, air conditioning, heating and safety deposit boxes (local charge apply). The hotel offers a sun terrace with two swimming pools and a hot tub. Clients may use sun beds and parasols as well as a small pool bar and showers. There is a daily and evening entertainment program. All meals are offered with a buffet style.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Friendly Hotel in a good location
Postive. Hotel is in a good location. Tea & coffee making facility, kettle and fridge in bedroom. Handy to lots of bars & restaurants. Also near Indoor Market and not too far to walk to Levante beach. Plenty of choice for food at breakfast and evening meal although not a big choice for desserts .. a cake,.ice cream, yoghurt & fruit. But something for everyone. We went out in the evenings after our meal.so can't comment on entertainment.
Negative. On arrival we asked about upgrading to full board. The make receptionist was not very helpful, just told us to pay €10 each lunch time. We found out later we could have upgraded to all inclusive but it was too late by then. Maybe clearer notices in reception about upgrading would be helpful. The carpet in foyer is very tatty & ripped. Not a good advert for a 4 star hotel. Some chairs and seating are ripped in dining room and could be replaced. But everywhere is nice & clean

CHEAP AND CHEERFUL
CHEAP AND CHEERFUL. Just about to leave so this is a very up to date and Honest review- I’ve stayed here a few times over the last 10 years. STAFF- many of the staff have been here since I first came in 2016 which to me shows that they’re happy there and get treated well. Some staff have been working here for 18 years..They’re very friendly and helpful across all areas, dining/bar ect.
ROOMS- the rooms do have air con just leave your card in the door and make sure the doors are all shut. We had a family room and it was big enough and cleaned everyday( make sure to leave card on the door)they are also clean and provide shampoo, hand soap and shower gel which is dove so nice.
FOOD - I’m incredibly fussy and always fine something to eat. Like all buffet style the foods never piping hot but there is a microwave. Butter isn’t the best tho. Great selection of breads and cakes.
POOL- this is the only thing that really lets the hotel down a bit. It could do with an upgrade but you get what you pay for. I think easy jet ect put this as a 4* but I’d say a 3* but it’s fine for if you just want somewhere basic if your going out in the day/night.
ENTERTAINMENT- they have one or two singers each night and quizzes.
RECEPTION- we arrived at 13.20 and the guy in the desk gave us our key and said how long we had for lunch which was nice.
LOCATION- this hotel is inbetween new and old town as I don’t like the frost strip it’s perfect. There is lots of local bars to go in.
CLEANLINESS- this hotel is very clean compared to some I’ve been. Tables always wiped and staff collecting glasses. If it’s ever a mess it’s because of the guests leaving things everywhere.
Me and my mum came for our birthdays, staff sang happy birthday and were very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here as I know the staff are great and the hotel is clean.

Not what I expected
The Hotel is very clean , room a bit tired with cracked glass in wardrobe, no aircon , food is very good something for everyone’s tastes , there is no service to order water or wine with your evening meal you have to carry it from bar and pay for the water , occasionally complementary wine , pool nice , sun terrace not at all relaxing guess playing there own tunes through a sound bar excepting the other residents to like there music booming out ,

Arrived around 12.30 room not available till after 2 so was given our wrist bands to get drinks lunch prior to booking in allocated 5 th floor street view Room quiet,amble space for 2 aircon perfect tea and coffee replenished once in a 7 night stay bed made daily bins emptied daily towels changed if left in shower don’t think much else done in room.Lifts are a major concern wait ages and doesn’t take 8 people 4 at most doesn’t work if to heavy busy at mealtimes Seem to be a lot rules around hotel, pool etc some adhered to others ignored .pool emptied on last day due to a rowdy drunk person in pool very loud and language terrible only spoken to about drinking in pool felt sorry for young girl lifeguard should have went for someone so nip it in bud apart from that pool area good, music for few hours then switched off so get snooze ? They need to do something about tiles around pool loose fitting and noisy. Food at pool excellent as were drinks .Bar staff work very hard and are appreciated just think some need appreciate customers as there were only about 2 or 3 with pass marks pedro and marco to name 2 others rude and gave impression because all inclusive you don’t count just as well glasses have thick bottoms or they would have been a few broken glasses the way thump down on counter . One barman I am going to call him manuel out of faulty towers ( I no nothing) group lads were watching old firm game they watched first half then sky changed channels they asked to change over( I no nothing )foot ball on think he said should have sought assistance if didn’t know lol back to all in you are only allowed 2 drinks at a time and quite strict about that we were a party of 3 so trips required or 2 go to bar . Is it all inclusive nearly only last till 11pm to buy drinks after this bar stays open till one some branded drinks in all in they have a slush machine but you need to buy.Cocktails out a machine not very nice. is all inclusive worth it wouldn’t know jury still out there is no price list for other drinks cider and beers etc would’ve helped . Food very hit or miss sometimes cold they take there time to replenish food definitely not 4 star standard Quick mention to nacho round of applause please superb entertainment guy full marks. This is a nice hotel just need up standard of food and education needed for manners and customer service for most bar staff Final note this really not kid friendly Have stayed here couple times but not since upgrade would I go back maybe not a 4 star

Relaxing holiday
Lovely hotel, good varied food, nice pool/terrace area, friendly staff, great location, nice walk to beach, great bars nearby, old town 30/40 minutes stroll away
