After arriving at 12 o’clock, we was told our room wasn’t ready, but the young girl in the level checking area told us she would inform us when the room is ready at 2 o’clock we was told it was ready. We went up to the room and was disgusted. The enamel was off the bath. The frame round the wardrobe was hanging off the wall on the toilet seat was all chipped so I went back downstairs to say the room wasn’t suitable. You’d have to find as a new one which they said they would do,but first the level manager came up. And admitted that the room was disgusting for the money we paid. We had to wait till 5:15 pm. To get a new room. Which was a little better and as apologies they sent us a bottle of fizz up which bearing in mind we was all inclusive The food in the restaurant was very very bland and much the same day in day out this was the worst Melia hotel I have ever stayed in one good point about the hotel was the wonderful staff

The hotel was ok, a bit dated and needs to be upgraded the best thing was the pool. Breakfast again was ok plenty of selection. As for Benidorm as a holiday I wouldn't go back as I prefer a quieter holiday.

Beautiful hotel
We arrived at the hotel which looked stunning and we went to the reception and we were told at wrong reception because we had a level up room .we were taken over to there reception which they were great .we got to our room on 19th floor ,lovely room big bathroom comfy bed. We came down for a drink which was fine when sitting outside pigeons everywhere, pecking on tables and pooing everywhere nobody did anything about it this was seriously wrong ,tapas was a waste of time but cakes and pastries were nice but service very slow and the level up part where you have reserved sunbeds it needs a bit of sprucing up a bit but still nice . Our fridge broke one day within hours it was replaced and while we were there it was my birthday so after an evening out we got back there was ice bucket with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful little cake so thank you very much all in all can't really complain about anything else so well to the staff and management

Not for disabilities high tubs
Not up to level standards. If you have a disability DONT go! High tubs few walk in showers. Manager is rude, not helpful and argumentative. Pool is beautiful, level rooms DO not have a private pool. The level restaurant is slow, Tapas is pathetic.
The food is cafeteria level is substandard. The over all feel is not **** star. Very disappointing £750.00 upgrade fee to get a WALKIN shower
