This lovely hotel is located in the wonderful gardens in the centre of Rincon de Loix, just 100 metres from the fine sand beach. The establishment is well situated for access to countless shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, bars and nightclubs located just 2 km from the hotel. The centre of Benidorm is around 1. 5 km from the hotel while the nearest golf course about 8 kilometres away. Built in 1974, this 270-room hotel offers guests a multitude of facilities. Business travellers can take advantage of the well-equipped conference room while leisure travellers can spend their days by the poolside with a refreshing drink in hand. All guests may also enjoy the vast number of activities, like tennis and billiards, which this hotel offers. Guests are greeted by beautifully-furnished en suite rooms that come with necessary modern amenities .

Port Benidorm Sky Tower.
We arrived at half 12 but could not get in the room until 5 minutes to 4.The room was nice in the sky tower but there was building work being done opposite but that was no problem opposite our room.The maid only left i small milk per person u needed at least 3each we didnt mind buying mik but when u have had a long day u need a drink.Also i asked at reception if we needed to book La Terraza and we were told not if u only want drinks so after evenig meal at 8oclock we went up to the 19th floor there were 2 other couples from the hotel that were also going there.The girl on the desk said we couldnt go in as we hadnt booked i told her what the reception had said but she said no the other 2 couples were turned away i asked could we come tomorrow but was told no it is fully booked.We also saw the security guard asking 5 people that came in the hotel were they residents they said no we are going to La Terraza.It seems outsiders come before residents which is unfair to paying guests.The cleaner was lovely but some of the restaurant staff were not very friendly the older male member of staff did not smile the whole time we were there.It was not our first time it was our 3rd but we will not be back.
Beautifully refurbished hotel
Beautiful hotel, refurbishment has been done to a high standard. Everywhere was spotless & rooms cleaned daily. I found the double bed a little bit hard as I have back issues, but I spoke to reception who arranged for a mattress topper which helped a lot. We had no problem with the lifts at all as others have mentioned on here, we were in the blue tower. Restaurant is lovely, it’s in sort of sections so not like one big canteen & feels so much nicer than others we’ve stayed in. Food was plentiful, excellent choice & good quality. Only thing missing for me was no yogurt available at breakfast time. Swimming Pools are great, we liked the new pool that was heated slightly, it is in the shade early afternoon though. We upgraded to AI from HB which was €22 each per day, great value!! Only thing we didn’t quite get, was why we were only allowed to use the main pool bar for AI, the other bar by the new pool was for paying guest only & was hardly used due to this. Drinks on the AI were good, Absolut Vodka, Johnny Walker Whisky, Prosecco, Baileys etc… It was only high end alcohol that wasn’t included (ie: Jack Daniels). Entertainment we didn’t really watch but we liked the outdoor terrace on the front of the hotel in the evenings. Overall we had a fab holiday & we would book this hotel again.

Food needs reviewing
We stayed here for a week, seeing friends and family. The hotel itself is lovely, the downside is the food, the food never looked very appetising and it was only ever warm not hot. For a four star hotel that is not good. We ate out 4 out of 7 nights. We never had many problems with the lift. We believe the lifts are too small for the size of hotel.

FABULOUS…AMAZING…the best!!!
PLEASE IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC!!! We have been coming to this hotel for years and it is the BEST hotel in Benidorm! We are on day two of a seven night holiday and we are having the best time. Upon arrival we were informed by the very helpful and polite staff member on reception that our room wasn’t ready but we had been upgraded to the sky tower. We weren’t bothered that our room wasn’t ready as it is to be expected during peak holiday season when you arrive just after lunch. Our room was ready just after 3 pm and upon entering our room we quickly realised that we had been put in to a junior suite…everything about this room is AMAZING!!!!!! Fixtures…fittings…furniture…decor…AMAZING.
As I have said we have stopped at this hotel for years and the rooms that are not in the sky tower are AMAZING also.
We have had no issues with the lifts which before the renovations were a bit annoying.
The food is DELICIOUS (ignore the negative reviews about the food) so much choice and variety, and I’m fussy with food. The salad bar and dessert bar are my favourite!!
I was a little apprehensive about our upcoming holiday after reading the negative reviews but I can assure anyone that is due to visit this hotel or is thinking of stopping here that you will quickly see that this hotel is FANTASTIC!!!

This is also a hotel that has had a major renovation and has almost doubled in size. If there are any teethings issues, then that is to be expected. Rome wasn’t built in a day!!!
Definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location.
What a pleasant surprise, hotel is top end of what we were expecting. 1st time in Benidorm and was impressed by the hotel location. Very swanky and definitely stood out from the other hotels/buildings around it. Check in was perfect, room was luxurious, spotless with a fabulous view. Pool area: plenty of sun loungers and plenty of shaded areas too. Pool was refreshing. All areas of the hotel were spotless, all down to the staffs hard work and dedication. Restaurant: food was well presented and plenty of choice. However there were some strange concoctions which often looked like recycled food from breakfast/lunch etc. No theme nights which was disappointing! Overall the food was ok. The only downside was on our 7am morning departure, continental breakfast, a few slices of dry bread left which had been sat there all night, toaster wasn’t fit for purpose, there was a couple slices of cold meat and cheese left. No cereals, fresh fruit or pastries. Tables hadn’t been cleared, food wasn’t replenished ready for the next departures.
