Worse hotel in Benidorm
Arrived at hotel at 2pm booked 2 rooms with TUI one for my daughter and one for me and husband had such a problem girl kept saying we only booked one after 30 mins gave us 2 rooms one was ready so took cases up went in room just going to unpack to be told we had to go back out room to reception this was not our room after another 15 mins gave us a room 4 doors down they where arrogant and awful then waited for key till after 4 pm manager gave us free safe ! Hotel has a coin system for 1 drink only bar close at 11am for All inclusive staff all miserable rooms nice and comfy floors gritty and balcony food ok dining room so busy and tables not cleaned enough sun beds so tight you couldt get on them and you couldt move them as life guard moved you back no eating round pool tiles and beds dirty snack bar ok but full birds eating scraps man doing food never gets it right been going Benidorm Since 1978 worse hotel we been in location good won’t return floor round pool just gets a hose not cleaned well no eating round pool

Lovely hotel! Brilliant location! Staff friendly and very attentive! Ignore negative reviews!! We enjoyed the food think only one night I felt lacking in choice but the rest beautiful! Prosecco with brekkie and home made omelettes , perfect! Snack bar fab with very tasty kebabs! Very clean hotel!! We will return 😀
Great hotel
Lovely hotel, very clean. All inclusive had plenty of options available. Great location. No need to queue for sunbeds. Never went to the entertainment in the evening as close to lots of bars and restaurants just outside. Would definitely go back .
