A lovely hotel
The hotel was an oasis of calm in the madness of Benidorm. Situated in a great position in the town, the hotel offered everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. The bedrooms were spacious with ample storage and the public areas were spacious and clean. The entertainment was good and accommodated it's audience. The food was plentiful with a good variety catering for all tastes. The drinks were local brands but the cocktails were mixed as you ordered and it was lovely that you could have a bottle of wine with your meal. The swimming pool had an abundance of beds and there were plenty of seats available to sit and read. During our stay we visited the spa which we thought was excellent. The staff are friendly and really hard working which is reflected in the cleanliness of the hotel and the ambience they create.

Hotel
This was our 7th visit to this great hotel. Can honestly say it is the best hotel we have stayed at in Benidorm. Rooms very clean.. Staff...all pleasant and helpful. Facilities...excellent Food...always great choice.. Entertainment Staff. Work so hard and always have time to stop and talk to people.. Judith...has always is non stop and very enthusiastic in what she does.. See you all soon

Hotel was very good staff very friendly Very clean and nothing was to much trouble loved the kebabs at lunch time by the pool outside The pool was very cold might need it heating but overall brilliant

Cold plates
Nice Hotel spoilt by the cold plates and warm food There is a microwave but who wants to use that. The mashed potato was like slop tinned peas and carrots Food needs improving. The entertainment varied some nights it was rubbish. Not too far from the sea front or the old town.
Great hotel
A great 10 days in this hotel food was very good all meals location was outstanding The staff in all areas were very helpful The pool was small but good if you want sun all day get your sun bed on the terrace no. Big rush getting theses either Will 100% be back in this hotel
