Doesn't feel inclusive.
Think we arrived at the wrong time, the entertainment is very Spanish orientated and barely translate into English, We came with my 12 year old Daughter, she has Autism, she usually makes loads of friends but because all the families around us are Spanish shes been unable to make a single friend, the parents just tell her no English and shush her away. So far we are on our second day and my child just wants to go back home to England. We tried the pool activities but felt unseen around the large Spanish families. The staff didnt really speak much English they just gave us a board to write our names on. The Hotel is Lovely and clean, smells very fresh. The Cleaning staff are very good at their job. The food is nice, but seems slightly repetitive. I dont think we would return again in the Future.

Good overall
Rooms are very small The pool area could be cleaner Bar is good prices for hotel most of the staff were very friendly apart from an older gentleman with glasses who was very rude in the evening Breakfast very good with loads of choice We had 2 days of poo in the pool so luckily there were 2 so you could use the other one as had to close for 24 hours not the hotels fault and they did deal with it quickly Good entertainment around the pool every day Great location for the strip but it didn’t seem too noisy Lots of different groups which was fine with us but probably wouldn’t suit if you wanted somewhere relaxing

Better than I expected
I went with low expectations due to some reviews but it was my friends choice due to the location and I actually enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is well located a few minutes from the Strip and no complaints of noise from me. There was rarely a wait for lifts if you are on a higher floor, breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and so much room and again no waiting for coffee/toast machines. Great atmosphere by the pool, you can get snacks such as pizza the area is pretty clean and tidy. Air con and a small fridge. Clean communal areas.
Things to be aware of:
It took over a hour to check in but probably much quicker with a private transfer. It took 2 hours on the transfer bus so bare this in mind. Rooms are pretty small but as expected from the description.
No inflatables, balls, diving in or pool games allowed or the lifeguard takes your room number and removes what you might have.
I was there in July and you could get a lounger in the mornings but after 10am it could be a struggle.
Overall, for the price we paid I enjoyed my stay here. It’s great for a weekend away.

Perfect hotel
This hotel is brilliant. From stepping through door staff where helpful and polite. The entertainment staff are passionate in their roles and ensure activities suit every age group they also encourage you to join in but not pushy. The food in the hotel is lovely. Plenty of choice and the chef on the fresh counter makes something new each evening. The rooms where basic but very clean Overall an amazing holiday and will definitely stay here again
