Very disappointing experience for a family stay.
The room was far too small for a family and didn’t feel particularly comfortable or practical.
Breakfast was one of the biggest frustrations. There were consistently long queues for the hotel restaurant, particularly for anyone wanting the actual cooked breakfast. When we eventually got in, there regularly weren’t enough cups, glasses or cutlery available, and unfortunately the plates and other items often appeared dirty.
The attitude of some staff also really let the hotel down. When we asked for assistance, we found certain members of staff rude and seemingly unwilling to help, which isn’t what you expect when staying at a hotel.
One of the most surprising issues was being told that tap water was not available unless you were an all-inclusive guest. Regardless of the package someone has booked, I find it very difficult to understand why a hotel would refuse a guest a glass of tap water.
Overall, the hotel simply didn’t seem equipped to cope with the number of guests staying there. The combination of cramped accommodation, lengthy queues, shortages of basic items, cleanliness issues and unhelpful service made what should have been an enjoyable family stay unnecessarily frustrating.
When communicated with the manager didn’t seem that bothered

Convenient location, short walk to Levante Beach. Close to strip however this does not impact your stay. Best pool in Benidorm. We stayed Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast buffet good choice available. Clean room (3 adults, 3 beds) Clean bathroom Provide room to shower and change after check out. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful pool area , pelicanos building is a little dated , Oca building is lovely . Great location . Nosey in the early hours though with partygoers coming back from the British square

Worst hotel I've stayed in
This is probably one of the worst hotels ive stayed at. We booked a family holiday for a week. There is a massive que to check in when you arrive to get your room keys. The food is shockingly bad. We went all inclusive worst mistake ever. The food was that bad we ended up eating outside the hotel. The tv show definitely doesn't show this hotel in reality. The swim up bar isn't included in your all inclusive package so if you want a drink from here be prepared to pay. The lifeguards are proper fun police if your British. No floats no balls basically sit there and have no fun. They will be blowing the whistles at every fun thing a child decides to do. On one day my daughter had been in the pool from 9am with her float with no issues. The lifeguards saw her said nothing. as soon as 3pm hit they were there blowing whistles demanding they get out.. If you are Spanish these rules don't apply to you you can have what you want in the pool.
You have to sit in a sitting area to have snacks not allowed to sit on your sun loungers to eat again unless your Spanish.
Very Spanish orientated with everything. The pool area is very slippery and very dangerous saw numerous people slip over.
If you want a sunbed be prepared to que hours before it opens and then its a race. After 9.30 you basically have no chance of getting a sunbed.
The air conditioning is pointless in the rooms. The beds are basically solid brick mattress no comfort at all. Its was very outdated with decor and is in desperate need of a full revamp. Very noisy due to the location so my advice is take earplugs with you will definitely need them The entertainment again is very orientated towards the Spanish.
I would go to benidorm again but definitely wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
Also if you wanted to visit morgan's bar which the tv show shows as Neptunes and you have children under 16 don't bother you will be denied entry. No children allowed at any time of the day.
My opinion regarding value it isn't value for money. We definitely didn't get value for money when it came to all inclusive
Location wise its prefect for the beach and the nightlife if this is what your looking for in a hotel location

Awful hotel
Please to Eveyone do not stay at this hotel is awful they only care about the money and not safety of there guess. Pool Dirty lives wires hanging out do not waste your money.
