Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The pros .. This hotel is modern bright and very clean. The views from all the rooms and dining restaurant is beautiful. We stayed in a premium room which had the most enormous comfy bed. Due to the bed being so big it did make the room feel a little on the small side. We personally found many food options in the main dining restaurant and enjoyed the theme nights. The family pool doesn’t open until 10am so no need to get up early to reserve sun beds!! If anyone placed towels on sunbeds then disappeared for an amount of time they were removed by the lifeguards which we felt was brilliant therfore only occupied by people actually there. The cons..the hotel seems quite isolated with only an Italian restaurant and mini supermarket in walking distance. The pool snack bar was quite limited .. ok if you just want fast food. The restaurant staff seemed rushed off their feet, drinks orders were taken at the table so service very slow at times.
I personally think this hotel is more geared up for adults or families with children aged 6 upwards due to the restrictions on the pool slides and activities offered.
Went for a 3 night stay. Got there at 21:15 Monday night, gods quick check in. Went into restaurant which was absolutely crowded so came out and got a drink. Food was ok typical all inclusive but you could always find something. Tip rgo outside much more relaxed. Breakfast excellent. Cleanliness of hotel was fantastic, room cleaned every day . We were on floor 10 with the most amazing view . You had to queue for the swimming pool which opened at 10:00 but we always got a bed. Pool bar opens at 11:00 . Snacks were the usual hamburger, hot dog, once we had pizza and fried. Downside was the ice lollies which were advertised on a big poster are not included in all inclusive so for families it was disappointing. We used the Solarium, which was amazing but no shade anywhere and it got really hot on the roof. Also check out is at 12;00 pm sharp. They do let you use the hotel facilities, pool, solarium etc but you have to pay for drinks and food from then on as we were not due to be picked up until 18:30 so a long wait!. Bearing in mind we missed lunch and breakfast on the Monday thought this was a bit bad. This is why I dropped a star. Would go back but I think all the add ons and check out need to be addressed
Ale,Luz and Fafu made are stay great .The bar staff are very friendly especially Jorge . Amazing stay !
Great hotel, family and adult pool (nice chilled out area) and adult only rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views. Hotel is right next to the beach and you can hire sunbed with parasol fir 8 euros for whole day. We went all inclusive, food good something for everyone and included one visit to the Thai Restaurant, had spring rolls to start, red thai chicken curry with jasmine rice and tropical fruit sorbet for desert, all delicious! Great friendly customer service by Mely and Indie too, thank you!
Don’t come if you’re not getting all inclusive as you get treated like a second class citizen and it was not cheap. For example, because we took bed and breakfast, we will not get Nespresso refills or water bottle refills. Apparently there’s no room service based on the convo with the guy at front desk. They gave us no drinks for free, not even in the room. I’ve been to two star and three star places that offered free coffee and water bottle refills and sometimes pop at least. Disappointing overall. Dinner buffet was meh for 29 euros per adult and 15 euros per kid (drinks not included!). Snack bar at pool area is shared with the pigeons. Sea water seems dirtier because of the way it’s set up with the artificial rocks.
