Located in Benalmadena, in a residential area just 200 m from the beach and Malaga Airport is about 8 km away. This hotel is 2 km from the city centre and its many shops and entertainment areas while the stunning Marina City is only 1 km away. The hotel offers a cosy bar, a souvenir shop, a TV room and a restaurant. The hotel also offers laundry service and the younger guests will be entertained at the kids' club and playground. The hotel boasts a water park, with a lake pool and water games for children. For the younger ones there are two animal-shaped pools, a shark and sea serpent, a mushroom-shaped shower and a tower with two water slides and a splash bucket that will make for an exciting holiday.

The hotel is amazing staff are fantastic. Bar staff Guillermo & Mariana are amazing, providing an excellent service and very attentive. Can’t fault the hotel or staff one bit.
Basic hotel got lucky and pulled the 4 star rating out a hat
We’ve all been to different places and some are better than others I get that but for me this is over rated as a 4 star hotel .
Rooms , requested a pool view and we had a pool view , perfect no complaints, rooms recently freshened up but a bit clinical and dull no holiday vibe no colour but clean enough although we had ants but staff did come and treat the area with a spray and that seamed to resolve that concern for the remainder of our stay .
We had to hire a kettle as no kettle in rooms , you have to pay for this and get paper cups and the tea bags or condiments were not topped up every day Infact at all , you also have to pay for your pool towels and if you want to get fresh towels it’s 2 euro to change them.
Food was all good enough , average really no show cooking , but apart from the freshly cooked just put out items the heat lamps are not sufficient enough at keeping the food warm so if you don’t go for dinner early enough most thinks are slightly warm .
Deserts ran out of the popular stuff and took ages for those items to be topped up so you could actually get some
Restaurant, it’s a bit all over the place and you have a higher step count than necessary if it was more organised i.e porridge out at breakfast time no bowls or spoons have to wonder around looking for stuff .
The bread is no where near the butter, the sauces are no where near the hot food it’s just a bit of a scramble .
Temu entertainment, honestly this part would give paracetamol a sore head , it’s just loud music and a man dressed up in a tacky costume jumping about there was no enjoyment in that at all but our last holiday before this one was the Royal Son Bou Family club in Menorca and if you’ve been there before then well you know that that’s a REAL 4 star hotel .
Was a decent enough stay a bit dull , someone needs to give the staff some trolls treat ………..
Was good enough but wouldn’t return not even for free .

Great for uong ones, otherwise disappointing.
For young family, the pool and slides keep the children entertained and it felt safe for them. We were staying half board, but decided to pay and eat in the hotel on an Asian themed night. I can quite categorically say it was one of the worst meals we have ever had. Nothing Asian about it, vegetables were overcooked to mush and everything was cold. Rooms were clean and comfortable and majority of staff friendly. We were disappointed to have to pay 60 euros for our daughter who lives in Spain to visit us with her newborn baby. The hotel insisting she had a day pass even though she wasn't using any of the facilities.

Not a 4*
This is certainly not a 4* hotel.perfect maybe for people with children but certainly not for couples.hotel we felt was clean enough,didn't take beds or anything apart to look at mattress like others.just a very tired hotel needing refreshed,toilets in room quite poor.only staff we had dealings with was reception and they were very pleasant and helpful.never known a 4* to be issued with tokens to get plastic cup at bar.no token,no drink.yes safe was £51 euro for week but refund £10 euro when leaving so that kind of price was same as others lve been in.Food very basic,best was breakfast.we were half board,had dinner 1 night then ate out.totally object to having to use microwave to heat a dinner.l would not return to this hotel sadly.

First ever holiday abroad at 56 years old
Guillermo the barman at globales los patos park, 5 star service, very chatty and welcoming. Recommended some brilliant drinks. Makes a banging cocktail!! Pools are fantastic cold when you first get in. Rooms are nice basic family all inclusive including food but dessert are definitely great.
