Fantastic hotel in agreat location
Fantastic hotel Loads of food choice (something for everyone) -themed every night Spotless clean Great location Beautiful grounds Great gym Plenty of sun loungers Free safe, WiFi and toiletries and kettles now added to all rooms If there was any negatives I would say the temperature of some of the food (as with most hotels) and lack of labelling

Great location but dated hotel
Good hotel - very centrally located. Hotelitself a bit dated. Good side view and grounds view from balcony which was quite large. Room plenty of storage just dated! Breakfast plentiful and good variety - not a great experience as very busy and more like a cattle market for us

Great hotel
Location is good for the beach and the marina just a short walk, rooms are good, I would have like a kettle in the room, that's my only fault just my personal opinion, rooms cleaned daily. Staff very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere at hotel and round the area, good pool area, excellent food choice at breakfast we only had b&b its the 3rd visit so they must be doing something right

Shouldn't have to keep chasing queries
Big hotel, nice pool but thats where it ends sadly. I know you dont go on holiday to watch TV but no english channels at all, I was advised the UK were charging for UK channels and they wouldn't pay it. Asked for a kettle, got that but gave up asking for mugs. I asked the receptionist for transfer times, once she got off her own personal phone she said well we dont know, wait for a slip under the door, not reassuring to say the least. Also large bugs in the dining room which wasn't a good experience. Shame as its a large hotel but sadly lacks a bit of care
Great value hotel
Great hotel for a reasonable price. Staff are very helpful & polite, dining area staff especially couldn’t do enough for your requests notably a lady named Sam who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome Bar staff at the pool were very friendly & helpful also, excellent service all round 😎
