Excellent Hotel
An amazing holiday,very very clean hotel,all the staff are very very friendly and can't do enough for you as a guest.The food is plentiful and a good verity,the alcohol is good as well.The location is excellent as well to the shops and the Marina.I well return again to this hotel soon
Perfection at the Palmasol
We have just visited the Palmasol for the sixth time in the last three years, this time our room was on the south of the hotel overlooking the sea, it was amazing. This hotel is an outstanding place to stay for all regardless of age, it has something for everyone, its hard to single out just one aspect that makes this location so good, but I would just highlight some of the fantastic attributes. From first entering the main door you are met by a reception team who are so welcoming and helpful, not just on day one during check-in, but for the full duration of of our stay, nothing was ever too much trouble. The house keeping team are one of the best we have experienced, they maintained our room for the full duration of our stay and left it at the same high level standard as we found it on our first day, however they were always around the different areas of the hotel, both internal and external throughout the day and evening, the place is always spotless. The pool bar staff are amazing and again about the best we have experienced, they are so friendly and happy it is a pleasure to deal with them, they seam to go out of their way to make friends with all the guests, while delivering this what can only be described seamless from the minute the bars open right up to closing time. The catering team joined up with some of the bar staff deliver an unbelievable service, both breakfast, lunch, evening meal and pool bar snacks, the quality of the food is amazing, so well presented, well cooked and never repetitive, with a verity of different dishes that would please the most discerning diners. We really enjoyed the entertainment programme, this team make every one feel so welcome regardless of the activity, their ethos of exclusivity is a credit to them and the hotel. Lastly but certainly not least the hotels management team, these are the team who ensure the above standards are achieved, but they do this in a way that we have rarely experience, they simply treat their teams like a big family, this is always on show throughout the day, if they are not standing with guests having a laugh they are conversing with individual team members in a way that shows real respect on both sides, we have even experienced senior management serving drinks from the pool bar. To end we will continue to visit the Palmasol twice a year, maybe more if we can. my final comment to the management is, don't change anything perfection is hard to achieve and in our opinion the Palmasol is perfection.

Fantastic stay
Excellent value for money. Lovely gardens and pool. Room small but clean but not an issue as we only slept in there. Definately advise a garden/pool view room. We were bed and breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. Very close to marina. All staff were brilliant nothing too much trouble. After speaking to a number of guests who returned year after year we were advised the staff never change. We went 19th September 2026 for a week. Plenty of people still there but not many children. Hotel atmosphere was very friendly. Would 100% stat here again
Nice Hotel but not for All Inclusive
Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the marina and bus stops. Atmosphere in hotel was nice, the entertainment staff were great and really try to involve everyone in the activities going on in the hotel Gonzales and sorry I didn’t get the Ladies name but thank you both for making our time by pool and on an evening more fun, both a credit to the hotel. Rooms were nice, beds comfy hot showers and lovely and clean, super cleaners. Value for money, disappointed we went All Inclusive and for what you pay, very poor selection of things you can get. You can upgrade to premium drinks for a further 28 euros a day, but food is still limited outside. You get a choice of five things for lunch and no variation on these options unless you go inside to buffet, not great. Nice hotel for BB or Half Board but don’t go All Inclusive. Only found one of the Bar Staff friendly also, which is disappointing some ignored us on occasion I think as we were All Inclusive.
Palmasol benalmadena
Location was fantastic, minutes from marina. Staff were lovely, however, it stops there! We weren't told by travel agent when we booked that there were apartments bring built opposite the hotel. This has been going on for 3 years. We were in room 432 which could have done with a refurb but all rooms facing the front are affected as 8am in the morning the builders started work and the noise was horrendous. Probably not as bad if your pool or overlooking terrace
