Extremely bad service and bad quality
Not a 5 star or even 4 star in any standard! Totally deceiving pictures as the property is 3 star at its best. Very disturbing and noisy rooms as walls are thin. All rooms and furnitures are dated and old. Shower was loose. No technology update, not even a usb in rooms. Extremely rude manager at the reception as we asked for cancelation and refund of the next night to leave the hotel. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging no response to the loud music being blasted at 5 am he said you only have stayed one night so I won’t cancel the second night. It’s a below average 3 star property in the middle of freeway. Value your money and stay at a decent place instead of this scam.
Lovely hotel
Based in a quiet location, a very relaxed atmosphere . Rooms were large and well maintained, cleaned every day, spotless. Good value for money as we were looking for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back to this lovely hotel.

Very clean hotel with great service. Special thanks to Isabel for her kindness and warm smile it made my stay even better. I would happily come back.
Pleasant surprise
All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful from reception to the breakfast team and housekeeping. I thought the breakfast price was a little high but the quality and choice was extremely good. If you need a taxi to go anywhere, reception will call one for you. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The room I was allocated was on the second floor and overlooked the pool. Good size room with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need but I do not like a bath with a shower over. Much prefer a separate shower as the bathroom was equipped was very slippery. I would definitely stay here again.
Relax at the Senator Banus
The Senator Banus is a very comfortable and lovely place to relax. The staff are excellent and the breakfast has lots of choice. The pool area is beautifully clean and very comfortable. The pool is clean, warm and great to use. The only negative would be the location for local restaurants.
