First class hotel
Really nice hotel, room's were very clean and well laid out beds excellent. The food was lovely. The location is 25 yards from the seafront, the staff were excellent in all respects well done.
Best entertainment Staff
the hotel is clean and friendly, with a good selection of food. The highlight of my stay was George, Dani, and Lola; they make the hotel. They are always laughing and smiling, and making sure you don't feel left out, especially when you are solo. it has a great location, being right on the doorstep of public transport. Will definitely be coming back again just for Lola, Dani, and George
Entertainment staff help make this a brilliant hotel experience
Just home from another brilliant 2 week stay here. This hotel has everything, sea view rooms, great friendly staff, from the entertainment staff of Lola, George and Dani, to the bar and cleaning staff. Rooms cleaned every day, powerful shower, beds a bit hard but that’s a preference, right across from the beach via a back gate and buses outside the front door, never disappoints and met some brilliant people, already booked for next year x
Unpleasant stay
We stayed here for 7 nights from the 8th September. We asked via email to the hotel and Jet 2 for a top floor room 2 weeks before our holiday .But unfortunately our request wasn't granted, we were given a third floor room right beside the main road which was very noisy, we were also disturbed by the loud music coming from the Victoria lounge bar till nearly midnight. The room was a good size with a large bathroom, but the basin had a large crack in it. The room in general was very dated and tired ie the paintwork on the balcony was in a terrible state see photos. We stayed half board and was reasonably happy with the food we had though sometimes the food that should be hot was cold which wasn't pleasant. Most nights the main courses ie meat and fish dishes didnt last long and had be replenished due greedy all inclusive guests eating everything in sight.
A few positives about the hotel they have a self service laundry on level-1 Also plenty of British TV channels in the room. The garden has a lovely sunbathing area with lots of sunbeds always available. Although the local parakeets were very noisy! Very close to the beach and lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. Unfortunately we definitely wouldn't return to this hotel as its in need of a major renovation.

Satistactory
Godd hotel but food was only satisfactory. I had salad and risotto most evenings. The vleaning was good and evening entertainment good especially for pensioners whivh we are.
